This locality has all the basic amenities that are needed for residential uses. The streets are fairly lit and cheap public transports are available nearby. ATMs, groceries, and markets were very close to the neighborhood. The roads are well-maintained and there were no significant issues nearby.

Cabs, shared autos, and buses are frequently available and there is no issue with the daily commute. There is barely any traffic congestion on the main roads. The neighborhoods are peaceful and beautiful and there are large green spaces around the neighborhood that add to its natural beauty.

Some places in this locality such as the Bird Sanctuary- Pakshi Vihar has a lot of greenery and you will find different species of exotic birds. Living here is pretty cheap and all conveniences are available in this locality.

The plots here are very affordable as well. The standard of living is simple and cheap in Dabra. Some of the areas, however, are quite posh and give you that premium feel. This place is also a developing locality in Greater Noida.
