The Noida Authority will begin land acquisition for its New Noida project (Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region) in August. Ground surveys will be conducted across 37 villages for the first phase. The project aims to develop a smart city and industrial hub, with 40% of the land earmarked for industrial purposes. This development is expected to strengthen the region's logistics network and create economic opportunities.

The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has approved the expansion of the Aqua Line with eight new stations across two corridors. A significant stretch will connect Botanical Garden to Sector 142, aiming for a direct link with the Delhi Metro and another stretch , from sector 51 to Knowledge park V , with sector 61 station , as interchange to Blue line.

The Uttar Pradesh government is considering earmarking funds in its supplementary budget for new expressways, including the Vindhya Expressway and a link expressway connecting the Agra-Lucknow Expressway with the Ganga Expressway. UP RERA has reissued guidelines clarifying refund liability in stalled housing projects. The new rules state that a group of allottees or a competent authority completing such projects will not be liable for refund orders previously issued against the original promoter.
