This locality has a high potential for industrial development. It is a good residential area in Bangalore. The new highway has made transportation between Banglore and Nelamangla easier. Here no problem with education and medical needs. BGS school and other good schools and hospitals are situated nearby. I can get all kinds of stuff fresh straight from the production in the locality. It is one of the best marketplaces in Bengaluru's west region. The products are available at a cheap rate also. Some negative points are- Sometimes water supplies are not good. Traffic jams are high, so pollution is also high.

Nelamangala is a very well-located place in Bangalore. The first positive point is the weather in this region and not crowded as in the major cities. I get some restaurants and cafes here to chill on the weekend. There is no problem with education and medical needs. Rents are too affordable for a middle-class family in this locality. It's a good place to settle as it's nearer to Banglore. The locality has no metro connectivity to the city, that's one big negative point.
