This is good location for mine
I loved the place because of its calm environment. The location is good to do all the commercial work. It has well connectivity with Bangalore city. I have never faced any electricity problems there. This locality has a high potential for industrial development. It is a good residential area in Bangalore. The best part is the metro trains will be running soon from Peenya through greater Peenya up to Nelamangala.
I love the environment at this place. It's too good and calm. This locality has a good public transport system. KSRTC and BMTC buses are available here. In a few years, a metro facility will be available in Nelamangala. I get markets are at a walkable distance. All basic amenities like hospitals, schools, colleges, and banks are available nearby. This locality is attached to the highway. It is a safe locality.
Nelamangala in Bangalore lies in the residential zone of West Bangalore. The locality is surrounded green environment. The street lights are properly installed in the streets. Water availability is also good in this locality. Many universities and colleges are nearby. The malls, banks, and hospitals are within 5 to 10 km of this location. Transport facilities are also good in this locality. I never faced any electricity problems in this area.
The new highway has made transportation between Banglore and Nelamangla easier. Here no problem with education and medical needs. BGS school and other good schools and hospitals are situated nearby. I can get all kinds of stuff fresh straight from the production in the locality. It is one of the best marketplaces in Bengaluru's west region. The products are available at a cheap rate also. Some negative points are- Sometimes water supplies are not good. Traffic jams are high, so pollution is also high.
Nelamangala is a very well-located place in Bangalore. The first positive point is the weather in this region and not crowded as in the major cities. I get some restaurants and cafes here to chill on the weekend. There is no problem with education and medical needs. Rents are too affordable for a middle-class family in this locality. It's a good place to settle as it's nearer to Banglore. The locality has no metro connectivity to the city, that's one big negative point.
after approval.
