This location is right on the major road. Gated neighborhood. Parking is in the basement. There is plenty of room to walk. cozy. This place was superbly created by Nandi Builders. There's a vacation vibe to this. There are two outdoor gyms and one indoor gym. There are three parks, two grilling areas, one swimming pool, an interior temple, and a small play area with traditional Indian pastimes. Take a seat, swinging between the blocks.

The project's location is ideal. Facilities and scenery are lovely. I reserved my flat back in 2016. large windows, lots of natural light, and clean air. There are few rentals. They are unique among other builders in a lot of ways. Their 40-person team's ability to focus on only one project at a time impresses me. It provides good road access. The group is both human and highly professional. Highly recommend to families.

The project itself draws notice due to its scenic nature and striking granite-clad edifice. The property itself is beautifully constructed, and the low-rise apartment lets you see the skyline. One does not need to spend needlessly on a false ceiling because the pre-cast roof has its own inherent beauty. The Australian Sal wood door has an attractive appearance, and the electrical fittings are made of high-quality materials. You can blindly trust this project.

There are lots of green spaces, a playground for youngsters, and a dog park available. A first-rate clubhouse complete with a restaurant and service apartment will shortly be added. The majority of the site is in fantastic condition; therefore, it's reasonable to believe that this project will be unbeatable once all the facilities are in place. On the Civic Amenity, a commercial building is being constructed, which could cause issues down the road.

Value for the money. A sizable amount of the land is covered with vegetation, giving it a resort-like atmosphere. The same USP�beautiful scenery and lush vegetation�was used to promote the Nandi Citadel Phase 2 project. It was advertised as having separate entry and exit gates when it was sold. The driveways are too little for such a large building, despite the superb build quality. The phase 1 project's entry lobby design appears significantly less basic than this one. Compared to the phase 1 project, the parking space is considerably better and more adequate.

Customers are the primary consideration while designing structural systems and external surfaces to ensure optimal quality. In my opinion, it is more affordable, and when compared to other renowned builders, Nandi Builders offers excellent facilities. There is enough common area spread throughout these four floor units. After around three to four blocks, the owners moved in. However, you would like to commute in your own car or via taxi because public transportation is problematic.
