Ulwe is about 33 Kms away from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja International Airport and is connected via Bangalore-Mumbai Highway. It is a mid- budget segment locality with a number of 1 and 2 BHK ready-to-move apartments. Overall, I am satisfied.

Local markets are open for fundamentals, and Radcliffe School and other colleges are close. Negatives: To forego traveling to Seawoods for wholesale shopping, I wish there was more big-scale retail such as a large hypermarket. Furthermore, some inner lanes still struggle with hygiene problems and dust as a result of constant building, which calls for improved municipal care.
