No recreation room facility, swimming pool remains either dirty or closed. It opened during first week of May and has been closed every other day. Earlier they used to clean weekly but now they are closed for half a week for cleaning purpose. Leakage in basement parking area. Security is lousy. Theft has happened here many times. Proper fire security missing. Fire extinguishers doesn't have enough water pressure to help during crisis and fire alarms are not maintained properly. No emergency exit. Electricity is worst here. Lot of power fluctuations. Construction material is not good. I have replaced my kitchen furniture completely. Highest maintenance charges and noone takes the responsibility . Think 100 times before you buy or rent here.
