I have bought an apartment in Ashok Vatika recently and so far, I am satisfied with the locality. However, I have a few complaints regarding the road conditions and the traffic conditions. The roads are not very well-lit which leads to accidents and mishaps. The traffic condition is not good either and the authority needs to address it as well. Other than this, the locality meets all the necessities of the residents.

The locality has seamless connectivity to the rest of the city, The locality is also connected with the Grand Trunk Road through an 80ft road and a 150ft Road. The locality also has very close proximity to the airport. The local people had very good accessibility to almost everything.

However, the drainage system of the area is very poor and leads to a pungent smell.
