Positives: If you are on the lookout for a place close to Mumbai which provides a good life, Thane West is the place. We have the best schools and hospitals, along with all the malls possible, so everything is very convenient. The place is quite green with good lakes, and it is also well-connected. Negatives: The only negatives are that the streets get waterlogged when it rains very hard, and sometimes there are a few potholes. The rent is also a bit high.

Positives: I like residing in this respectable area as it's so accessible by road and rail. It really makes my journey effortless. It is very secure and has everything one can possibly require, ranging from excellent hospitals and schools to numerous shopping centers and eateries in close proximity. Negatives: The traffic is a huge headache during peak hours, and parking is always a problem. Waterlogging during heavy rain is a big problem too, making certain places hard to move around in.

Positives: I like how well Thane West is connected and how simple my journey to work is. The location has excellent malls and facilities that I require, and there's a lot of greenery surrounding it, which is a big advantage. Negatives: I have found some problems with traffic, and at times, the water supply is a problem. Some of the roads are also quite bumpy.

Positives: I prefer living in this locality due to its well connected through Ghodbunder Road and Thane station, decent schools, and hospitals, plenty of new affordable projects (Kolshet Road, Majiwada), so options to rent or buy are available. Negatives: Traffic on main roads, ongoing construction throughout new projects produces dust and noise, metro connectivity is still evolving and property prices are going up.
