Very happy with my sales experience is all I can say. Also took my wife many times to check out the area. Seems fine, Dwarka Expressway location is the main thing. Project layout and amenities seem great, especially the proposed golf course. Am also happy about so many schools nearby, seeing as we will need it for our infant son in future.

This project is a good option if you are looking for something on the Dwarka Expressway without a huge price tag. Neighborhood-wise, it's within a smart city development and right on the highway itself. I am happy that I could invest in a project that offers such a good location. But infrastructure-wise I am finding that the area is yet to develop. Mixed-use development they are saying, but will take some time before smart city benefits come into play. Also, water supply is not good in the area so I have heard. Hoping for improvements before I move in.
