Very happy with my sales experience is all I can say. Also took my wife many times to check out the area. Seems fine, Dwarka Expressway location is the main thing. Project layout and amenities seem great, especially the proposed golf course. Am also happy about so many schools nearby, seeing as we will need it for our infant son in future.

I am happy that I could invest in a project that offers such a good location. But infrastructure-wise I am finding that the area is yet to develop. Mixed-use development they are saying, but will take some time before smart city benefits come into play. Also, water supply is not good in the area so I have heard. Hoping for improvements before I move in.

Something that motivated me to invest in this project was the great location. Right on the Expressway, boy it is great. I can reach my office quickly and developer's reputation is very strong as a brand. So that's another thing. Also, they are giving servant room with my unit, which was a must.

This project is a good option if you are looking for something on the Dwarka Expressway without a huge price tag. Neighborhood-wise, it's within a smart city development and right on the highway itself. Golf course will be just at your fingertips and you can easily get all the amenities that are available at luxury high-rises at a relatively competitive price. I strongly recommend!

Well project is still being constructed, but I have invested for the location potential. Actually biggest incentive for me is that once you enter Dwarka Expressway, it is the first project you see. Also, Capital Mansion is right next door and I have learnt that it is a part of the 250-acre Delhi Airport Smart City Development. So I can expect appreciation in future.
