Amenities are the star of the show here in Signature Global Solera 2. I was delighted to see you get a power backup for as long as the outage lasts along with a 24x7 supply of both tap water and treated drinking water. The rooms could have been a bit bigger, but I am willing to make the compromise.
I Was honestly surprised to see how good the apartments were for the cheap price. Their layout is simple and wide with no narrow corridors. I would recommend the Global Solera 2 for anybody who wants an affordable and luxurious apartment in the middle of sector 107.
I’ve been living here at the Signature Global Solera 2 for a month. I thought it would be a little out of my depth at first but the management has been a big help in getting settled in. Rooms are average size (I have a 1BHK apartment) but built with an elegant, open style.
I love this place. The sweeping vistas of Gurugram's cityscape from my apartment are truly a treat.
Even though the location is favorable, I have experienced issues with upkeep of shared facilities.
Spacious development and community living facilities were major points in favor while buying. Still, lack of metro facilities has been a commute challenge.
I promised myself I would write a review for this place and I mostly have good things to say. The staff are all very helpful, my apartment is extremely well lit and airy, and amenities like the 24-hour drinking water and power backup are very appreciated. One drawback is that this apartment block is more than 5km away from the nearest main road, Dwarka Expressway.
Okay so Signature Global Solera 2 has a lot of good points and a single bad point. I love the quality of the rooms and the facilities provided. The sports facilities in particular are great as my son has a lot of fun playing there. Options for a 2BHK are a little smaller than standard however.
Though the interiors of the apartment were fine, as a tenant I had problems with the availability of public transport in the area.
