This colony is very approachable due to the metro station. Easy to access all the urban facilities and can enjoy urban life. The negative and important point is that this place is highly polluted.

I was a former tenant of Anand Vihar and as a fashion designer student lived there. This place is comparatively hygienic and clean to the other places in Delhi. The well-maintained roads, societies, gardens, and parks make the place more comfortable. The people are welcoming in nature and peaceful in mentality. One annoying point is that this place is worthy populated with the most polluted air in the NCR region and is not recommended for those people who love silence.
