Preet Vihar is a well-established residential neighbourhood in East Delhi located at the confluence of Vikas Marg and Swami Dayanand Marg. The neighbourhood is advantageously located close to the Patparganj border between Delhi and Ghaziabad and has easy access to other important locations of East Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. Preet Vihar, which includes low-rise apartment complexes, Co-operative Group Housing Societies (CGHS), builder floors, a DDA Market, and a DDA School, is mostly an established residential neighbourhood.

What’s Great about Preet Vihar, Delhi 

• Nirman Vihar and Preet Vihar Metro Station are only two of the several metro stations in and around Preet Vihar.
• Westside and Tanishq are among the names housed in the retail centre that has grown into a whole lane along Vikas Marg.
• The roads are clean and carefully maintained.
• There are a lot of people on the roadways at night, and the police frequently monitor this area.
