I have been living in Mankoli, Thane with my family for about 5 years. In my view, HDFC bank and Indian Corporati are nearby. Hospitals and markets are also close to each other. The area is less congested which makes it free from pollution. It is relatively safe than other places. Corporate sectors are also developing. The location has a good source of public transport. The quality of the air is also good.

I am a former resident of a flat in Mankoli, Thane. I have lived here for more than 4 years. One can live here without getting much disturbed. The palace is beautiful as it is having beautiful sights and green parks. In the coming days, more projects of residential societies are likely to develop. One can enjoy shopping and eating delicious food in nearby restaurants. The Expressway of Mumbai Nasik is also available.

I am a tenant of a flat in Mankoli, Thane, and live with my grandparents As per my view, it is a good place to live in. The best thing about the location is that the bus stop is near and auto rickshaws are easily available. As the hospital is near to my flat my grandparents do not face much problem reaching there on time. There is a problem of traffic jams in the area.

I have rented a small house in the locality of Mankoli, Thane. I am staying with my mother for the last 2 years over here. I can say that it is a well-secured and safe area. Markets and hospitals are at less distance. The quality of the air is moderate and there is a green park where one can explore nature. One major issue with the location is fewer parking facilities.

Railways and bus stops are near. There are several good schools like Sunshine High School and Patel High School. The neighborhood is good and one can visit many places. It include Shree Datta Mandir.
