I am the owner of Space Gouthami Apartments in the Mehdipatnam locality of Hyderabad. I have observed that the locality has some problems with drainage systems. Due to the drainage problems, I would rate 4 stars ratings out of 5 stars. Apart from the drainage problems, the locality provides seamless connectivity to the commuters to different regions of Hyderabad which is the main plus point of the locality. A place to buy in the future and a reasonable standard of living.

I am a tenant of the Ayodhya Nagar colony locality of Hyderabad. I have observed that there lies the problem of noise pollution, apart from that the locality has a lot of parks for the residents which is the main positive thing in the locality. I would give a total of 4-star ratings out of 5-star ratings. The growing number of cars is the prime source of air pollution. The locality has easy access to the IT hubs and the Banjara Hills which is the main attraction.

I was the renter of Pista House Apartments in the Mehdipatnam locality of Hyderabad. In my opinion, it is a nice place to stay, the network is excellent, and the water and electricity function as they should. A great place to stay and typically a great investment for the future. The airport is located almost 10 km from Mehdipatnam and the railway station is situated around 5 km away. I would rate 5-star ratings for these excellent amenities.

I was the former owner of Brindavan Apartments in the Mehdipatnam locality. The area is closely connected and has easy access to many amenities in the local neighborhood. It is a fairly calm area closely related to all assumed schools, universities, and daily food needs. Magnificent admission to various city areas. This is where Patencheru, Vikarabad, Bombay Old Street, Hitech City, Gachi Bowli, and Toli Chowki link to the main highway. Amazing Access and a prime location for building a reputable firm. I would give a 5-star rating to the locality.

The region has basic facilities like schools, colleges, markets, and hospitals that are located in closer proximity to the locality. I would rate 5-star ratings due to easy accessibility and efficient transport movements. A bus station is located near the Mehdipatnam locality. It is closer to the Community Hall and GHMC park. The locality is highly safe for the commuters of the region.
