Piccadilly also has a few leisure facilities for tenants. My mother prefers staying home but I go down to the clubhouse most evenings to chat with the other neighbors. There’s also a swimming pool and gymnasium for us, but I haven’t used either much. Have noticed they are kept very clean and well maintained, however.
Amenities here are standard, not extravagant. There is power backup for when the electricity is cut, and water supply 24/7. My mother really appreciates the lift since she has arthritis and can’t climb stairs easily. Security is present at the main gate 24/7.
I was surprised to see that the price was as low as it was. A lot of 800sq.ft. apartments (ours is 811sq.ft. 2bhk one) are very expensive in Pune but Kumar Piccadilly offers solid choices for people with a tight budget.
Our apartment is actually very thoughtfully designed. Living room is wide and seems quite big compared to our last place. There is a pooja room along with two enclosed balconies so we can enjoy the fresh air. The toilets are a little small but we can deal with that.
