Adyar is a Well developed Posh Residential Location with Wide Roads and Clean and Decent Neighbourhoods. Adyar is Centrally located and has Easy Connectivity to Besant Nagar and Thiruvanmiyur areas. Ideal calm Peaceful location well connected with Bus and Train Network.There is highly facilitated security with fully monitoring CCTV cameras.Apart from this, there is a railway station at Guindy from which the suburban railway services can also be availed. There is no metro train for Adyar. Water problem may occurs sometimes. It's one of the main area in Chennai so traffic jam is major problem here. If you want to go to anywhere means it would take much time because of traffic jam.High pollution is also one of the major problem because of traffic jam.
