It's a Single tower Society in 1.75 Acres Approx,with 293 Apartments. Tower has 2/3/4 bhk in bigger sizes. Tower lobby is spacious and all club amenities are part of it. Have small gym with Morden Machines, For a small gathering close to 50 people party hall is there. Indoor games like snooker table ,TT is also available,small children tot-lot area is also there. VVip Mangal has quite a nice Grand Entrance and the Amenities are well separated with lobby . Swimming pool is open to sky with transparent shade. A separate exit is also there on service lane opposite to the main highway. 6 units are there with 3 Johnson lifts and 2 staircase. Overall the society is good and have can buy . Price range 6500-7000/-sq.ft.
