In a Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 211 of 2019, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) addressed issues of buyers who booked flats in the pre-launch stage of Morpheus Bluebell and could not sign Builder Buyer Agreements (BBA) due to disputes with Morpheus. Compensation for delayed possession would be calculated as per RERA guidelines.

In September 2025, the NCLT New Delhi Bench addressed issues regarding claim verification in the CIRP of Morpheus Prodevelopers Pvt. Ltd.. Abel Space Solutions LLP and G2B Constructions LLP, as applicants, claimed that the Resolution Professional failed to verify their claims properly and erroneously reclassified them as Operational Debt.
