The project Morpheus Bluebell was registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) on August 15, 2017, with the registration number UPRERAPRJ11705. The initially proposed completion date was December 2020.
In a Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 211 of 2019, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) addressed issues of buyers who booked flats in the pre-launch stage of Morpheus Bluebell and could not sign Builder Buyer Agreements (BBA) due to disputes with Morpheus. Compensation for delayed possession would be calculated as per RERA guidelines.
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted Morpheus Prodevelopers Private Limited into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) on November 19, 2024. A public announcement was issued on November 23, 2024, inviting creditors to submit their claims.

Abel Space Solutions LLP and G2B Constructions LLP, as applicants, claimed that the Resolution Professional failed to verify their claims properly and erroneously reclassified them as Operational Debt.
