More than 50 homebuyers of ILD Greens, a housing project in Gurugram's Sector 37C that has been delayed by over seven years, staged a protest at the office of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Hrera). The buyers accused the developer of diverting funds to build other commercial projects and expressed their anger at the inability of the real estate authority to get the project work done.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court addressed a case where M/S International Land Developers Private Limited challenged an order by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority directing them to refund sums to buyers in the ILD Arete project, located in Sector-33, Sohna, Gurugram. The court noted the petitioner's claim of financial constraints and restrictions on asset transfers due to a Delhi High Court order.

ILD Arete is a new residential property on Sohna Road Gurgaon, with flats furnished to give a modern touch and at the same time they pretty much affordable. ILD Arete is priced at Rs. 54.50 lakhs for a 2 BHK which goes upto Rs. 85.41 lakhs for a 3 BHK.

Around 50 homebuyers of ILD Green, a stuck housing project in Sector 37C, held a meeting in Sector 29 to express their anger at the inability of the developer to deliver their flats even after nine years. Of six towers in the project, only three have been delivered by the builder, International Land Developers (ILD).

H-Rera Gurugram ordered a forensic audit of the ILD Arete housing project and issued a show cause notice to the promoter to submit information. The authority also restrained the promoter from creating any third-party rights on the unsold inventory, meaning no fresh sales of units will be allowed until further notice. The project was launched in 2013 and was to be delivered to buyers in 2017-18.

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Haryana has ordered a forensic audit of the ILD Arete project in Sohna's Sector 33, and issued a notice to the developer for not submitting information related to it. The RERA observed that the project, launched in 2013, was only 60% complete and two of eight towers had not even been started. The project has around 550 flats, which were to be handed over in 2018.

The Gurugram bench of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has directed International Land Developers (ILD) to refund a homebuyer's money along with interest as it failed to deliver the property on time. The complainant booked an apartment in ILD Arete group housing project on June 10, 2015, and the due date of possession was December 10, 2019.

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Gurgaon, awarded 60-day civil imprisonment to the promoter of real estate developer International Land Developers (ILD) in a contempt case. The allottee had filed a complaint at the RERA court in November 2018, alleging delay by the promoter in handing over possession.

Homebuyers of the ILD Greens project in Sector 37-C gathered at the project site on Sunday and held a protest to highlight the fact that the developer took around 90% money from most of them and has not delivered their flats even after almost a decade. The homebuyers, who were mainly from the tower two of the housing society, said that the project was launched in the year 2008 and the flats were to be delivered in 2012, but despite repeated pleas and complaints to the authorities, their flats are yet to be delivered.

The Gurugram bench of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) has asked the promoter of ILD Grand project at Sector 37 C in Gurugram to refund Rs 72 lakh to one of its buyers. The applicant had approached the authority in February 2019 after the builder failed to deliver the housing unit as per the deadline of August 2017.
