Union Cabinet Approves ₹6,970 Crore Dwarka Expressway Tunnel Project

The Union Cabinet has approved the construction of an 8.1-km, six-lane road tunnel on NH-148AE, connecting the Dwarka Expressway with Nelson Mandela Marg in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, at an estimated cost of ₹6,969.67 crore. This project is expected to significantly reduce travel time and ease congestion between West and South Delhi, improving connectivity for commuters.

During Q2'2026, average property prices for Swastik Apartments Gurgaon moved from ₹ 11,100/sqft to ₹ 12,250/sqft, reflecting a 10.36% rise.

Gurugram Development Projects and Infrastructure Upgrades

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated several development projects worth Rs 113.64 crore in Gurugram, aimed at enhancing civic amenities such as roads, drainage, parking, health, and community infrastructure.
