Esr South Central is a planned township that will be developed in the South Zone of Hyderabad. The township will have an area of 1.5 million sqft and will be developed in phases. The first phase will have an area of 480 acres and will have a population of 50,000. The township will have easy access to nearby localities, fix accessibility to all social infrastructure in the vicinity, internal development for waterline, internal roads with streetlights and easy connectivity to the rest of the city.
