Mahaveer Constructions is working on a project called Mahaveer Crystal Garden. Based in Bengaluru, Mahaveer Constructions first opened for business in 1998. The business has completed about 115 real estate projects that included both commercial and residential components. In 2019, they launched their business in Hyderabad. The developer also has three other active projects in the city that are in various phases of development, in addition to The Mahaveer Crystal Garden. The developer has spent the last thirty years working in the real estate industry.
The excavation for this project, which spans a 5-acre parcel of land, is currently ongoing. The entire community will be fenced. In addition to being well connected to the city central area, it is constructed along both sides of the PVNR. Other communities in the area include Tolichowki, Masab tank, Mehdipatnam, and Lakdikapul. Riddhi Elite, Theme Vista, CMG Eastwood, and other real estate initiatives are just a few examples.
This much anticipated project, Mahaveer Crystal Garden, has already started, yet it wont be finished until the first Monday in March 2026.
