Ramky is a good developer, providing an affordable complex in the upcoming area of Tukkuguda. The area is secure but off the city center, with good connectivity through the Outer Ring Road. Primary schools, hospitals, and civic amenities are nearby. The quality of construction and functional features impressed me for the price tag. It is strategically located close to the future Adibatla IT and Pharma Corridors. Future infrastructure plans include major expansion because of the closeness of the ORR and development of the airport. A current drawback is the absence of well-established, local banking and ATM facilities in the immediate local area.
