What is the payment schedule for the villas?

The project offers a payment plan linked to construction stages, structured to distribute financial commitments across key development milestones. Buyers begin the process with an initial booking amount of Rs 10 Lakh, followed by a payment of 25% of the sale consideration, which includes the booking advance, within 21 days from the date of booking.

The remaining balance is divided into installments tied directly to physical progress, culminating in a final payment of 5% of the sale consideration prior to the handover of the villa.
