Shubhkamna Lords Sector 79, Noida

Shubhkamna Lords, developed by Kindle Developers Private Limited, was officially launched on October 1, 2013, and was expected to be completed by December 31, 2020. The project is registered under RERA with number UPRERAPRJ10636 and spans a total area of 22.24 acres.

Shubhkamna Lords, a residential project in Sector 79, Noida, was expected to be completed by December 31, 2020. The project, launched in August 2012, offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments.

As of July 3, 2021, more than 650 homebuyers of Shubhkamna Lords were still awaiting possession after nine years, facing consumer court cases and RTIs. The home buyers association has submitted a plea at NCLT to be allowed to take over the project and complete its construction.

On July 19, 2021, homebuyers in Greater Noida protested against builders for delaying the registry of flats due to ongoing dues between the builder and authorities. Residents threatened to discontinue maintenance payments if the stalemate continued and sought intervention from the Prime Minister and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister.

On January 29, 2025, Noida Authority filed a complaint with Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) against Shubhkamna Buildtech and IVR Prime Developers for failing to pay dues and diverting funds collected from flat sales. Shubhkamna promoters are accused of creating third-party rights by selling flats at Shubhkamna Tech Homes in Sector 137 but diverting funds without clearing land dues, which exceed Rs 165 crore.
