Two areas needing development are the absence of enough local shopping venues for every day, last-minute necessities and the irregular power backup supply in some older residential buildings.

    I own a property in this area in Noida because of its future-ready infrastructure, excellent connectivity via the Expressway and Metro. Also, the area is near job centers and excellent schools and hospitals. I enjoy how I can travel effortlessly yet still arrive home on a quiet suburban street. Stepping outside for work in minutes and coming back into a green surroundings is my favourite element. One thing I would want to see better local retail and market setup in the industry as well as better last-mile transportation links. I strongly advise Sector 168 as a sensible area to have and reside even with that minor note.

    Positives: I enjoy how this area is right on the Noida Expressway; it makes commuting easier. My rental yields stay high as we are near to important commercial and business centers. Having the Shiv Nadar School nearby is great for families. We also have Felix Hospital nearby for medical care. NSEZ, the nearest metro station, is really convenient. It is helping the area be linked to the other Noida and Delhi.

    Negatives: Still, two major issues arise here. Internal road upkeep is occasionally inconsistent and needs improvement from the authorities first, while we are close to the Expressway. Second, the availability of big, well-known shopping centers is still constrained. More big-brand entertainment and retail hubs closer than the existing choice would be needed.

    Positives: This beautiful sector made the trip amazing because of its great location directly on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The calm surroundings and amazing quantity of flora were my favourite features. Connectivity was good. The Sector 142 Metro Station is not far. Local markets, Felix Hospital, and Shiv Nadar School were all easily available in essential services. Considering the growth of the city, it seemed rather reasonably inexpensive. Living was really comfortable.

    Negatives: Often fractured and mended, the interior society routes especially those leading to the bigger complexes made for a bumpy trip. The second major problem was the frequent power backup failures and occasionally water supply disruptions. This was something management had to immediately fix.

    Positives: For years I have loved Sector 168. Through the Noida- Greater Noida Expressway, our road network is flawless. Commuters have a great advantage with the walkable Noida Sector 142 Metro Station. Felix Hospital is next door and Shiv Nadar School is almost 300 meters off. For pleasure, the enormous malls are only a short drive. I feel absolutely content and secure here. The region is wonderfully green and peaceful. Connection will be even stronger with the forthcoming metro expansion Sector 142-Botanical Garden.

    Negatives: My only recommendations for bettering management's handling of the occasional power backup failures and the drainage problems we sometimes experience during the monsoon.

    Positives: When I resided there some time back, Sector 168 presented itself favourably. The smooth ride onto the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway for my office close to Sector 135 was the best thing about our good transit access. It was quick to find a cab or vehicle to the Aqua Line Sector 142 metro. A great plus was knowing excellent hospitals such Felix and several other schools were nearby. High rental demand was also present owing to their close distance to IT centres.

    Negatives: The totally unpaved interior colony roads troubled me all the time. The potholes and dust left behind caused actual difficulty. Cleanliness required significant work as the waste disposal was clearly erratic.

Also, after you get off the metro or bus, last-mile connection is really a hassle since local possibilities are limited. Many of the service routes and park entrances lack sufficient street light.
