I trust Kailash Hospital and DPS nearby. I feel rents are reasonable. My suggestions are better parking rules and smoother internal roads.

Apollo Hospital, ICARE Eye Hospital, and others are near this locality. I point out traffic congestion and limited new supply as drawbacks of this locality.
