I love Kukatpally because everything is so reachable. Commuting is easy with the Red Line Metro nearby. Having Omni Hospital and malls like Forum Sujana and Nexus makes life great. Being close to HITEC City is a big plus. However, the heavy traffic and waterlogging during the rains are very bad.

I feel Kukatpally is beautiful for its urban vibe. I pay 26,000 rent and think the rental yield is high here. I really love the shopping culture and hangout spots like Nexus Mall. Transport via the metro is so handy. I have complaints about the dust, traffic, and high prices in this locality.

A lot of buses from the Kukatpally region offer a lot of convenience to the passengers to travel to the Hitch city of Hyderabad. The locality has ample space for parking cars which offers convenience to the customers. For excellent connectivity to the different regions of Hyderabad, I will give full 5-star ratings for the Kukatpally region.

I was the former owner of Aurobindo Tower which is located in the Kukatpally region of Hyderabad. The locality has the headquarters of Balanagar Mandal in the Malkajgiri revenue division of the Medchal-Malkajgiri district. The Hitech city of Hyderabad is located within the proximity of the Kukatpally region. Tourist spots like Hyderabad Charminar are located within 5 km of the Kukatpally locality. The airport is located almost 10 km from the locality which is the main locational advantage of the region.

I am the owner of Lodha Bellezza tower which is situated in the Kukatpally locality of Hyderabad. It has excellent metro connectivity which makes it easier for all commuters to travel in different regions of Hyderabad. The locality has excellent locations for most of the schools, colleges, and supermarkets that are readily available within 2kms of the location. Shopping malls, colleges, and movie theatres are located near the vicinity of the Kukatpally area. I will give five-star ratings for this locality.

Positives: I am very happy in Kukatpally as it is a vibrant commercial hub. The very convenient Kukatpally Metro is just 1 km away. I love the neighbourhood near KPHB Colony.

Negatives: However, I don't like the heavy traffic at the JNTU junction. Also, I feel the locality needs to improve the drainage system.

Positives: I live in Kukatpally mainly for my work at the nearby HITEC City office hub. I appreciate the connectivity and fast travel via the Red Line Metro. I prefer Remedy Hospital nearby for quick checkups.

Negatives: However, I face disappointments with air pollution, crowded buses, and a lack of streetlights.
