Positives: I resided in Kukatpally, and I admired the shopping way of life. The convenient subway access to my office in Hitech City was the primary benefit I got. My most preferred weekend location was Forum Sujana Mall, where I spent a great deal of time. For quiet evening strolls, I loved to visit the IDL Lake. Sri Chaitanya School was a very well-known feature in my area. The streets were always busy and active, so I felt safe.

Negative

Negatives: The utter lack of parking on the commercial routes was my terrible experience. I thought the drainage system required extremely rapid actions to prevent flooding. Having fewer calm green parks certainly made me miss my previous lane.

Positives: I bought into Kukatpally since I want a house in a vibrant center with excellent resale value. Having JNTU University and Sanghamitra School nearby, in my opinion, offers my kids a great benefit. I enjoy the busy atmosphere of neighbourhood markets. Because it has such a good reputation, Omni Hospitals are used by my family for medical needs. Because the Kukatpally Metro is right here, my trip advantages are fantastic. I find the area safe and my rental yields are extremely good.

Negative

Negatives: I am really let down by the never-ending noise and air pollution. Fix the serious traffic bottlenecks at the major intersections, I advise. I have great difficulty with water logging during the monsoon.

Hyderabad's most active and useful commercial center is Kukatpally. The place is unique because it perfectly links the historic city with the contemporary IT world. For all travel, I advise employing the enormous Metro station to prevent road congestion. For families living here, I regard high locations like Omni Hospital and Sanghamitra School as significant advantages. Walking at night makes me very secure since the brilliant markets and malls never close. A fast breather may be found visiting Forum Mall or the nearby parks. Because of the great demand from office employees and students, rental yields are still rather high. I get very weary of the abundance of parking spaces and the loud traffic.

Positives: Being employed at the nearby Hitech City office complex, I relocated as a renter to Kukatpally. Having the metro station and the large KPHB market only a walking distance away is my strongest point. From Prime Hospitals to the numerous grocery shops close by, everything here seems simple to get at. The greenery here seems rather minimal, but I like the modest local parks when I can.

Negative

Negatives: High living costs and poor water quality in some buildings are my major challenges. I believe the hygiene of closed food vendors and the late-night safety on some darkened roadways need to be adjusted. For me, the most upsetting aspect is the great waterlogging every monsoon season.

Positives: For three years in Kukatpally, I stayed near to my coaching facility. I think the area was really useful since I was close to the Red Line metro and Omni Hospital. I loved hanging out at the Forum Sujana Mall and Nexus Mall on weekends and used the local TSRTC buses every day.

Negative

Negatives: The intense traffic and severe pollution in this area let me down greatly. The lack of silent areas and the loudness from the major roads caused significant issues in my estimation. The road quality in the inner lanes as well as the drainage system need considerable improvement, in my honest opinion. The continual throng and dust truly hampered my everyday existence.

With busy streets and constant police movement, I feel secure even at night. In parks I love green and relaxation at local grounds and Forum Mall. With consistent rental demand and excellent returns, I believe my investment is justified. During rains, I think drainage and traffic congestion need rapid improvement here.

I am the tenant of UNNIC apartments in the Kukatpally Region in Hyderabad. One minor problem that I found in the locality is the lack of space for the movement of vehicles which causes traffic congestion. The rest of the amenities are excellent for all individuals. I observed that the locations have basic amenities like water supply and electricity 24*7 which is the main advantage of the locality. I would give 4-star ratings out of 5 stars due to the congestion problems in the region.
