I like this location because it is very near to all educational institutions and medical facilities along with transport facilities and it is growing day by day with all technical services. It is a good location and this locality has near banks, vegetables, markets, walkable main road city. It is a Nice Locality. It is near to Pragathi School, Near to Park, Near all facilities are available, Manjra connection is also available. It is very convenient for families to stay. It is a very peaceful location. H R V Hospital is adjacent to my complex. My family can spend quality time at the Chaudhury Arcade which is just 10 minutes away from my house. Water logging is a little concerning during rainy seasons.

Pragathi Nagar is a residential locality in Hyderabad. It is a residential suburb in Kukatpally and is situated at a distance of around 3.4 kilometers from the Kukatpally locality on National Highway 9 which leads to the city of Mumbai. It is situated around 2 and a half kilometers from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The locality is a neat clean area with ample business opportunities. The area connects Connects quickly to JNTU, Kukatpally, and the IT corridor at Hitech City. The only problem this area has traffic during peak hours.

Shifted some time back since I had to move to another city but some of my best memories are with my family at Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad. Our apartment was very near the metro station which made life easier. Pragathi Nagar is a peaceful area with all basic amenities and a serene view of the horse race course from my apartment. This Locality is very near Dr reddy labs, Kesavareddy school, 13 kilometers from Gachibowli, near High tech city. Jaya Platinum is in a Prime location Near Bachupali Main Road. I was fully satisfied.

Look I have had a rented apartment in this township for more than 5 years and I am living a peaceful life in a gated community where I can feel safe because of the all-time security system.
