    Being so near the Noida Expressway afforded me incredible serenity and ease. The neighbourhood was safe, and the quick commute via the nearby NSEZ Metro Station always attracted my attention. Local schools like Baby Public Junior Secondary School guaranteed a fantastic education, and major hospitals like Apollo were nearby. For pleasure, the nearby shopping centres and leisure parks presented great weekend getaways. The paucity of public transportation and the difficulties of deteriorating or damaged roads in some internal areas disappointed me most since it made travel somewhat difficult occasionally. Still one of the most underappreciated, connected residential centres I ever lived in.

    I chose Sector 82 because it is cheap without sacrificing quality and provides great connectivity. Using the NSEZ Metro station on the Aqua Line, my journey is really simple as my NSEZ (Noida Special Economic Zone) office is quite close.     Positives: Certainly, my most favourite area for the thick, well-kept vegetation is Sector 82. Near the stations of Sector 83 and NSEZ metro. Day or night, I am at ease and secure here. For schooling we have excellent facilities such as DPS Noida. Fortis Hospital caters to serious medical needs. For a singular excursion, the Okhla Bird Sanctuary is a lovely recreation destination not far. Particularly enhanced road connections to the FNG corridor excite us as well for the next expansion.

    Negatives: Poor road resurfacing and upkeep in some of the inner lanes. A specialized, big 24/7 grocery chain store would also be required here for more household variety and convenience.

    Positives: I decided to live in Sector 82 because it provides excellent worth and possibilities for reasonable rental return. In some civilizations, housing possibilities range from modest to medium-level and even greater.     Multiple housing options have come up in the Sector 82 zone, mainly driven by the SEZ nearby and also the metro lines that pass through Sectors 81 and 83. Expressway is nearby, and most complexes here have good amenities for residents too. I like the greenery that is present all throughout the locality; makes life more pleasant for us.

    The prices of essentials have gone up with more development. So, apart from rising cost of living, another thing I can say is that the tap water quality needs to be improved.
