Positives: I believed it would be a reasonable place to begin. Access to the NSEZ Metro station and a very good road network were the genuinely great points I noticed. I liked the nearby neighbourhood markets for food and the quiet surroundings around my apartment. I appreciated how near my apartment were significant hospitals such Yatharth. Living there, I wasn't particularly concerned about maintenance, hence I felt let down.
NegativeNegatives: From my viewpoint, multiple areas required improvement. The interior roads were quite damaged, the public garbage collection was inadequate, the drainage system was terrible throughout rains, and urgent repair was needed for the park lighting.
Positives: This neighbourhood is so lovely and secure. With lots of beautiful parks and green cover, it feels rather ecologically friendly. For me, the connectivity is a great benefit since my workplace is close to the NSEZ industrial centre and almost walkable Aqua Line metro station provides very easy transit. Among millennials, this place is rather well-known right now. Directly around the corner are Maharishi University and Apollo Hospital Noida, the nearest large hospital. The rental yield is consistent, which is great for my investment.
NegativeNegatives: But my main issue is that the internal sector roads are breaking down and the sewage disposal system in this area has to be repaired very immediately.
Positives: Living in Sector 82 was really enjoyable for me. Particularly with the excellent connectivity, the general area felt very helpful and calm. Super nearby was the NSEZ Metro station on the Aqua Line for smooth journey. Like Max Super Speciality Hospital close by, we had fast access to recognised medical care. I was content there because it was a really great and practical site to start a life.
NegativeNegatives: The most severe problems were the inner colony roads, which urgently required patching and had awful potholes. In the rear lanes, streetlights were rather dim at night, and I felt a little uneasy. Additionally, the local markets were sometimes so packed and chaotic.
Positives: Living in Sector 82, Noida, gives me great enjoyment. Being near the Expressway helps me to have a fast office commute. Also a great asset for daily commuting is the Sector 137 Metro station. Given the proximity of my flat, my rent is cheap. Felix is near excellent hospitals and schools. Connectivity is just fantastic. With decent street lighting, the region feels mostly secure for women even late at night.
NegativeNegatives: Though greenery is acceptable, I would want bigger parks near my residence. Peak-hour traffic on the Expressway is horrendous. Some internal pathways call for quick restoration. Maintenance fees for the flat are rather expensive. The never-ending building noise nearby.
Positives: For those seeking a cosy spot, I suggest this one. From NSEZ station, the Aqua Line metro makes getting to my institution quite simple. Here, I feel safe; the surroundings seem tranquil, and the communities seem safe. Daily needs are served by nearby stores and modest markets; big shopping centres and excellent hospitals are just a quick travel away. For what I get, the rent seems fair. Life is made simpler by the transport, metro connectivity, and essential amenities.
NegativeNegatives: Still, I do wish public parks and open-space maintenance were a bit better and drainage worked properly in monsoon season. Additionally, more regular shared transportation or nighttime buses could be beneficial. Overall, I think Sector 82 is a nice place to live.
Positives: I purchased my house here because of its future-proof quality and well thought-out nature. I appreciate how many good hospitals and institutions there are for my family, including Jaypee Hospital and numerous more. I can get to my office in other parts of Noida or NCR without too much trouble if I simply walk a few minutes to NSEZ Metro Station on the Aqua Line. My children and I here weekend visits in nearby parks and green areas are what we like. Daily needs are simple to fulfill since stores, markets, and malls are not far.
NegativeNegatives: Internal roads in some areas might benefit from more maintenance, but still we are quite pleased living here. But drainage can occasionally get a little untidy during torrential rain.
Positives: In my opinion, the main benefit of Sector 82 was its ideal position right next to the Noida Expressway. Since that high-speed connection was strong and made travel simple, I had lived there before. Also tempting was the closeness to the NSEZ Metro Station. It seemed safe, and the parks close by provided lots of greenery. The nearby presence of great hospitals was also comforting.
NegativeNegatives: In several locations, the internal roadways were rather terrible and deteriorating. Frustrating as well was the generally crowded area outside the major residential buildings with inadequate, consistent maintenance. They have to improve civic cleanliness and address the road conditions.
Positives: I relocated to Sector 82 because rent and living expenses here are less expensive than many other areas of Noida. I like how the area provides great value without sacrificing fundamentals. Daily travel is made simple by the neighbouring NSEZ Metro Station on the Aqua Line. Being only a few kilometres from the Noida‑Greater Noida Expressway also enables me to travel to work or Delhi without spending long hours on road. Nearby are excellent schools and hospitals, simple access to stores and small markets, and a few parks provide little respite of green.
NegativeNegatives: I observe neglect of interior routes and upkeep occasionally surfaces. Also, I think improving last-mile mobility or regular sector bus service may be possible.
Positives: Though it's not proper in the heart of the city, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway approach enables immediate reach to everything. Ten minutes at most gets me to the NSEZ office hub. The Aqua Line metro is really nearby. What most amazed me were the broad roads and nearby green areas. This makes a sensible long-term investment given the future Jewar Airport development. Schools and excellent hospitals are just nearby, so it feels secure.
NegativeNegatives: I need more devoted, ordered local market complexes erected inside the industry for rapid everyday shopping. Increasing bus frequency from the nearby metro station would also ensure that last-mile connectivity is ideal for everyone.
In my mind, because of its advantageous location close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and developing industrial areas, Sector 82 sets itself apart in Noida. Good metro access at NSEZ plus bus connections, makes it appealing to professionals. Schools, institutions, and convenient hospital access, such as Apollo and nearby CHCs, are hosted by the sector, while stores like Shopprix or Spice and other regional commercial hubs provide services for people. With its proximate industrial and IT hubs, it provides consistent rental demand for comparatively inexpensive central Noida. Two urgent areas of need from my perspective are better maintenance of inner roads and more explicit waste management on the FNG corridor. In general, I advise buying Sector 82.
I just relocated to Sector 82, and I am glad of my choice. I believe Noida's growth corridor mostly centres on this one. Since I may catch buses on the expressway route and walk to the NSEZ metro, connectivity is quite good. The great number of nearby stores and clinics truly amazes me. For greater medical needs, I use Apollo; there are several universities nearby, including Ryan and others. For me, the best is the silent residential feel with convenient access to commercial districts. For simplicity and comfort, I advise Sector 82. Though some areas are slow after heavy rain, I see drainage and sewage mostly function.
I am glad I poured money here in Noida's Sector 82. Because the site is strategically close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, my everyday commute is simpler. For job and errands, I use local buses and the NSEZ metro stop. Living here with my family is quiet; the area has designed green pockets and broad inner roads all around my house. Close by are everyday staples including a grocery shop, a drugstore, and a marketplace. For my health I depend on Apollo and a close CHC. It is practical for my child to attend Kothari International School. FNG-linked projects and road improvement are well-known. My primary concern is sporadic traffic and trash problems during storms.
Positives: I think I went with Sector 82 since there would be inexpensive housing close to work. Stations of Aqua Line NSEZ and Sector 81 make my commute easier. Buses and automobiles address last-mile requirements. Sanfort World and Praesidium are within my children's grasp. A quick journey can get one to Neo and Yatharth hospitals. Local markets and tiny malls address daily shopping, I can add. I believe Sector 62 offices and those along the Expressway help to preserve local employment. Green patches, such as the Kendriya Vihar grass, provide fresh air.
NegativeNegatives: I believe improved public roadways and better sewage maintenance are among the first need for immediate repairs. Generally, Sector 82 gives me comfort, peace, and optimism.
Positives: Living in Sector 82, Noida, gives me pleasure. In the evenings, I stroll on the lawn near Kendriya Vihar, my favourite hangout. Schools come first; Sanfort World and Praesidium are close by. The Aqua Line with NSEZ and Sector 81 stations as well as fast access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is the main benefit. Drive short distances away are hospitals like Neo and Yatharth. For purchasing, I frequent nearby markets and sometimes the DLF Mall of India for more extensive requirements. Here, I appreciate the quiet gated communities and carefully designed green belts.
NegativeNegatives: Still, I am concerned about the infrequent sewage overflow and the scarce luxury mall count or major multispecialty centres. Living here is easy and safe for me.
Positives: For some time, I stayed in Sector 82. frankly, my emotions were complex. Being so near the Noida Expressway corporate centre made it surprisingly inexpensive, hence I felt at ease. The simplicity of NSEZ travel was what struck me most. Traveling was easy since NSEZ Metro Station was close. For evening strolls, we had green areas nearby and Apollo Hospital. Definite benefits of this place were the general security and serene setting.
NegativeNegatives: Waterlogging during the monsoon resulted from the flawed drainage system. Better upkeep is also required for the internal roadways. In the inner lanes, I desired more frequent feeder bus routes and better trash collection.
Positives: Particularly since I discovered a nice 2 BHK rental for a very cheap price versus other regions nearby, the general mood is secure and cosy. The smooth connection is the major advantage. Quickly getting on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is simple. The NSEZ Metro Station on the Aqua Line is easily reachable, therefore simplifying my everyday travel. It is really reassuring to note that the local markets and even large hospitals like Yatharth are just a short drive away.
NegativeNegatives: Because of seasonal waterlogging, the inside road drainage has to be considerably improved. It is aggravating that some of the neighborhood’s open spaces do not have good waste management.
Positives: Certainly, my most favourite area for the thick, well-kept vegetation is Sector 82. Near the stations of Sector 83 and NSEZ metro. Day or night, I am at ease and secure here. For schooling we have excellent facilities such as DPS Noida. Fortis Hospital caters to serious medical needs. For a singular excursion, the Okhla Bird Sanctuary is a lovely recreation destination not far. Particularly enhanced road connections to the FNG corridor excite us as well for the next expansion.
NegativeNegatives: Poor road resurfacing and upkeep in some of the inner lanes. A specialized, big 24/7 grocery chain store would also be required here for more household variety and convenience.
Positives: I decided to live in Sector 82 because it provides excellent worth and possibilities for reasonable rental return. In some civilizations, housing possibilities range from modest to medium-level and even greater. Daily travel is possible with buses and cars; NSEZ Metro Station on the Aqua Line is close by; and the Expressway offers excellent road connection. I appreciate how close by are offices, modest IT centers, and work sites. Schools and hospitals are also near enough. My most favorite aspect is the equilibrium and inexpensive living without sacrificing connection.
NegativeNegatives: My concern is civic upkeep. Specifically during monsoon, drainage and garbage management require better attention. I also believe certain areas might benefit from better evening street illumination for security.
Positives: I consider myself very fortunate to reside in this area. I most love how serene and green it is. Many communities here, including Green View Apartment, AWHO Vivek Vihar, and Kendriya Vihar 2, provide a good blend of old and contemporary dwellings. My daily life is simple since the neighbourhood possesses great basic conveniences. Evening strolls are made enjoyable by the neighbouring parks. NSEZ Metro Station enables access to the Aqua Line (Noida Metro) as the sector is next to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
NegativeNegatives: I see a few disadvantages, though. Some internal roads require maintenance; occasionally, drainage after rain becomes an issue. Although there are little parks, I would like a bigger common green space for seniors and children.
Positives: Here is where I chose to rent since the lodging is really more reasonably priced than other neighbourhoods. Just a brief stroll away along the Aqua Line is the NSEZ Metro Station. Shopping is close at Logic Mall and Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, among other excellent conveniences. Raghuharj Singh Tyagi Kanya Inter College is nearby, close to the large NSEZ employment area. The proximity of Noida-Greater Noida Expressway opens this region many possibilities.
NegativeNegatives: Certainly, the metro connection is the finest thing. Internal road maintenance has to be substantially better. After 9 p.m., the neighbourhood also seems somewhat hazardous. Traffic gridlock on Dadri Main Road during peak hours is also a real bother.
Being so near the Noida Expressway afforded me incredible serenity and ease. The neighbourhood was safe, and the quick commute via the nearby NSEZ Metro Station always attracted my attention. Local schools like Baby Public Junior Secondary School guaranteed a fantastic education, and major hospitals like Apollo were nearby. For pleasure, the nearby shopping centres and leisure parks presented great weekend getaways. The paucity of public transportation and the difficulties of deteriorating or damaged roads in some internal areas disappointed me most since it made travel somewhat difficult occasionally. Still one of the most underappreciated, connected residential centres I ever lived in.
Positives: The NSEZ Metro Station right there made it simple to reach work, and the Noida Expressway was ideal for Delhi trips. Like having Apollo Hospital nearby and excellent schools such as Baby Public Jr Sec School for the youngsters, I also enjoyed the local amenities. For entertainment, there were nice leisure parks and shopping possibilities like Pantaloons. Hence, the overall very liveable environment.
NegativeNegatives: In several areas of the industry, the roads appeared to be deteriorating or broken, and I recall persistent problems with water logging during the monsoon season. Finding reliable, local public transportation like buses or auto-rickshaws was occasionally quite difficult inside the inner roadways.
I chose Sector 82 because it is cheap without sacrificing quality and provides great connectivity. Using the NSEZ Metro station on the Aqua Line, my journey is really simple as my NSEZ (Noida Special Economic Zone) office is quite close. Good schools, hospitals, markets, and stores make this site very practical. The parks around me also make evenings enjoyable; they provide green. Particularly with regard to more frequent waste collecting in some roads and better drainage, civic services might use some work. Although security is adequate, better street lighting could help to increase it. All things considered, living here delights me. It has everything I need and is calm, clever.
Living in Sector 82, Noida, gives me great fulfillment. Though well linked, my life here is serene. Traveling is easy as dadri Main Road and the Greater Noida Expressway are only close by. I picked this location for its mix of metropolitan access and suburban quiet. Good schools nearby such as Baby Public Junior Secondary and Genesis Global School serve my family's demands. With Yatharth Super Speciality and Jaypee Hospital nearby, medical attention is also adequately covered. The Sector 110 market and malls close by make life simple for daily grocery or a fast meal. The parks and green areas help to provide a laid-back ambiance. Should I have to emphasize anything, I would like the internal roadways and street illumination to be kept better. Living here still seems like a very good decision.
Positives: Sector 82, Noida, feels very safe and cosy for regular life as a renter. Particularly given our proximity to the Noida Expressway, our connectivity is a great benefit. My daily travel is quite easy thanks to the NSEZ Metro Station. For crises, we have Apollo Hospital Noida. Schools like Baby Public Jr Sec School are easily accessible. Pantaloons is a perfect retail location for shopping. Strategically placed for the future as well, especially with the planned highway network joining to the new airport.
NegativeNegatives: During the monsoon, we occasionally have water logging and hygiene problems. Adding more committed greenery and public parks will definitely help to boost the local mood.
Multiple housing options have come up in the Sector 82 zone, mainly driven by the SEZ nearby and also the metro lines that pass through Sectors 81 and 83. Expressway is nearby, and most complexes here have good amenities for residents too. I like the greenery that is present all throughout the locality; makes life more pleasant for us.
NegativeThe prices of essentials have gone up with more development. So, apart from rising cost of living, another thing I can say is that the tap water quality needs to be improved.
See, I have believed in the development potential of this locality and hence am staying here. My biggest faith is that the metro station will keep the development rolling. The Aqua Line metro network is easy to access, with Sector 81 and 83 stations being a few minutes away. The Greater Noida Expressway is also easy to reach from the place. At the same time, the NSEZ being nearby has made it a major employment hub as well, while Noida Phase-2 industrial cluster is also nearby.
NegativeThe Bhangel zone and other nearby areas witness a lot of traffic bottlenecks most of the time.
I strongly advise Sector 82 Noida to customers. It gives simple road connections to Delhi and the future airport as well as great access to the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Numerous contemporary residential developments feature parks and rudimentary shopping nearby. Within close range are schools, clinics, and hospitals. Short distance away are shopping and business complexes; local employment is rising in nearby parks. The prices are more reasonable than in central Noida, which is advantageous for investors and customers. With green areas, the area is family-friendly and clean. Two aspects to be better are faster civil maintenance and more regular public transit.
Positives: The NSEZ Metro Station was a lifesaver. It made my daily travel to work effortless and the proximity to the Noida Expressway was ideal. Apollo Hospital and nearby respectable schools. That, in addition to the Pantaloons store, kept rental requests always high. The best aspect was how linked but yet unexpectedly calm the site seemed in the afternoon.
NegativeNegatives: The area was a little detached from the major city excitement, which made lonely late at night. The cleanliness was my worst problem. The inside roads were usually dusty, and I saw terrible solid waste management that produced accumulation sites. The city government should really give priority to improving the road condition and sanitation in this area.
Positives: Living in Sector 82 has been a remarkably easy tenant experience. It's quite inexpensive and I like the practical nature of the surroundings. My office commute is simple since we are ideally located close the NSEZ Metro station. Covered are necessities, Quick shopping trips call Pantaloons and Vishal Mega Mart. Apollo Hospital is nearby. The closeness to the Noida Expressway also speeds travel, placing us perfectly not too far from the city activity.
NegativeNegatives: The existing community parks need much more upkeep and better amenities. Ultimately, I think night safety needs improvement as safer walks here require improved street lighting and more frequent police patrol.
I really appreciate the careful organization and safe setting here in Sector 82. Given the assured appreciation associated with the Aqua Line connectivity, my investment choice was straightforward; the Noida Sector 83 Metro Station is almost walk-able from my building. This is a lovely and trustworthy place to live because the infrastructure is solid and guarantees consistent services. Safety comes first, and nearby major services such Felix Hospital and top-notch educational institutions closes the deal. The surroundings is set, calm, and exquisitely verdant. Optimising the central green zone lighting at night to enhance the appeal of evening strolls is my only hope for advancement. Noida offers actual value and quality life in this sector.
Positives: Being Sector 82 gives me great city access and an adequate, cheap choice, which makes me pleased. Undoubtedly a highlight, the connectivity is great; being near the Sector 83 Metro and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway allows for easy travel. The industry is really safe and near major facilities including the JSS Academy and neighboring multi-speciality medical facilities like Yatharth Hospital.
NegativeNegatives: Three parts of service, though, need immediate government intervention. First, the sweeping schedule for internal roads has to be more uniform across all blocks. Second, residents would be much better off if local feeder bus services connecting directly to the metro were better integrated and more frequently available. Third, little neighborhood convenience stores are sorely lacking in simple accessibility.
Being in Sector 82 has been great since I live in a quiet and well-linked area. For my daily trip, I utilize the NSEZ Metro station; it is extremely nearby. Near markets and supermarkets in adjacent regions serve daily requirements. Nearby are the hospitals and schools. The hospitals like Jaypee and Yatharth, for instance, offer excellent medical care and support. After my job, I can relax among the pleasant surrounding greenery and parks. For daily life, leasing here has seemed to be a rather sensible option. The only thing I would say might be better is the inner-lane trash disposal and drainage during wet spells, which might be handled more effectively.
I always emphasize the great metro access and infrastructure Sector 82 Noida has. The NSEZ Metro Station on the Aqua Line provides service to the region, therefore greatly simplifying trips into the metropolis. It is very well connected road-wise as it lies just off Dadri Main Road and close the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Here, residential choices span from inexpensive apartments to duplex mansions, therefore presenting attractive investment possibilities. Close hospitals like Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital and Jaypee Hospital guarantee emergency care. One aspect needing work is better drainage maintenance during monsoons. Buy or invest in this location generally; I heartily advise it.
Positives: To be honest, it has proven to be among the best choices for my family. Though peaceful, the area has great connections. Right close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Sector 83 Metro Station. It's great how near to major IT sites and corporate hubs like NSEZ and Sector 62 it is. Hospitals such as Jaypee and Kailash simplify life; schools like DPS Noida and The Shriram Millenium are nearby. Living here is calm thanks to parks, large roadways, and tidy surroundings; property prices provide respectable rental returns.
NegativeNegatives: Usually, the only problems I have are variations in the summer water supply and restricted public parking in some inner lanes.
Positives: As a happy homeowner in Sector 82. Just here are the NSEZ Metro and Expressway. Offering great security and a wonderful feeling of community, our complex systems are very serene and green. Daily life is really flawless when there are big hospitals like Apollo and the lively Sector 110 market so nearby. Having an apartment here has been a wise move. We appreciate constant utilities and the excellent street lighting.
NegativeNegatives: We must handle open rubbish disposal in the inner lanes more effectively. Even little rain during the monsoon blocks the local drainage. Getting that completely running would improve this neighbourhood. The large, new bus terminal is greatly underutilised.
Sector 82 I chosen for it fits perfectly for commuting to the neighbouring Hosiery Complex offices as it is near to the Noida- Greater Noida Expressway. The great connection particularly with the NSEZ Metro Station so close is the major advantage. Apollo Hospital and Baby Public Jr Sec School nearby offer excellent facilities. Entertainment comes in the form of nearby Pantaloons mall presence. It's a great deal because the rents are really cheap here, and I feel quite safe. There is a clear absence of suitable parks for outdoor activity, meanwhile, and local schools need a wider range of after-school programs for children.
Positives: I think this area is really quiet and practical living option. Noida-Greater Noida Expressway links the area rather well. This area appealed to me since it is near hospitals like Jaypee and Felix as well as schools like DPS Noida and Step by Step. The neighborhood has a tranquil vibe with parks and nice vegetation nearby. Just a few minutes away at Sector 83 on the Aqua Line, the closest metro station is It's also rather inexpensive.
NegativeNegatives: The inside highways, though, demand further work. Still restricted, public transportation inside the region is busy during office hours on the Expresssway. Better street lighting and patrolling would be of assistance since there were recent reports of small thefts in certain regions.
Working in Sector 82, Noida is always fascinating because it is ideally placed on the Noida Expressway. For customers looking for modern life with great connectivity, the area fits perfectly. Its unique selling point is proximity to important routes and the NSEZ Metro Station, which simplifies daily travel. Nearby hospitals include Apollo and Yatharth Super Specialty Hospital as well as schools such Baby Public Jr Sec and Nav Jeevan Inter College. Malls and grocery stores are very close by. Families and professionals will find perfect, reasonably priced neighborhood. Parks and green areas soothe. Better street illumination in some districts and more recreational facilities for kids could be among a few of possible changes. Buyers would find a real 5-star choice here, a lively and well-connected destination generally.
Positives: For a few of years I resided in Sector 82, and I most loved the ease element. Getting about was so simple because of great access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the NSEZ Metro Station right close. The neighbourhood also provided everything you required, including fantastic hospitals like Apollo and attractive green areas for unwinding. For professionals and families alike, it was unquestionably a highly liveable area.
NegativeNegatives: The poor drainage network caused severe waterlogging on the major roadways during the monsoon. I also observed often open garbage disposal in particular areas that was really unsanitary. Before it becomes a perfect neighbourhood, they urgently need to address several civil matters.
Positives: Mostly because of its central position close to the Dadri Main Road and reasonable costs, Sector 82 was a good option. A great benefit for daily travels is the NSEZ Metro Station on the Aqua Line. Accessible local markets and institutions like Baby Public Jr Sec School were near to major hospitals like Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital and Apollo Hospital. It seemed like a tranquil, well-developed neighbourhood that was very worthwhile.
NegativeNegatives: During the monsoon, water logging was a regular issue especially in the older EWS pockets caused by blocked drainage. Reports of unlawful encroachment in unused Noida Authority flats occasionally hampered the safety component, causing some people anxiety about security.
Positives: This location is excellent, and I've been glad to claim Sector 82 as home for a lengthy period of time. Quick transportation for me is guaranteed by the Greater Noida Expressway and the nearby NSEZ Metro Station. We have excellent choices for basic services, including Apollo Hospital Noida and many nearby schools like Baby Public Junior Secondary School. Pantaloons here make buying simple with many marketplaces for daily necessities. The verdant parks help the area seem lovely and secure. Particularly given our proximity to educational centers like Maharishi University, we have great growth prospects.
NegativeNegatives: Better maintenance on the immediate surrounding roads is required. The local Hosiery Complex frequently has difficulties with appropriate waste management and hygiene.
Living in this gorgeous area is both extremely comfortable and peaceful. It offers me easy access to Delhi and surrounding areas as it is next to the Dadri Main Road and Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Daily commute is really simple as the closest metro stations are Sector 81 and 83. Short reach include markets, banks, and retail centers like Logix City Center. Along with Fortis Hospital, schools such Kothari International School and DPS Noida assist to create a pleasant life here. With beautiful parks and communal areas, the area is safe, green, and clean. Still, certain internal roadways call for upkeep and enhanced streetlights in several locations would help to make evenings safer. Living here is one of my greatest pleasures.
I have been residing here for quite some while. Sitting on Dadri Main Road, it is only around three kilometers from the Noida‑Greater Noida Expressway. Near metro stops like Sector 81 Metro Station and Sector 83 Metro Station, the connectivity is great. Good hospitals and schools nearby make the neighborhood seems rather safe and lush. Reasonable rental and life expenses.
NegativeHowever, two things need improvement on the other hand. First, though connectivity is excellent, some last-mile links and public transportation choices could be better. Second, the drainage system often gets clogged in some parts of the sector that may need to be enhanced during heavy rainfall. All things considered, however, I still believe this is a sensible place to live.
