    See, I have believed in the development potential of this locality and hence am staying here. My biggest faith is that the metro station will keep the development rolling. The Aqua Line metro network is easy to access, with Sector 81 and 83 stations being a few minutes away. The Greater Noida Expressway is also easy to reach from the place. At the same time, the NSEZ being nearby has made it a major employment hub as well, while Noida Phase-2 industrial cluster is also nearby.

    Positives: The NSEZ Metro Station was a lifesaver. It made my daily travel to work effortless and the proximity to the Noida Expressway was ideal. Apollo Hospital and nearby respectable schools. That, in addition to the Pantaloons store, kept rental requests always high. The best aspect was how linked but yet unexpectedly calm the site seemed in the afternoon.

    Negatives: The area was a little detached from the major city excitement, which made lonely late at night. The cleanliness was my worst problem. The inside roads were usually dusty, and I saw terrible solid waste management that produced accumulation sites. The city government should really give priority to improving the road condition and sanitation in this area.
