The great connection particularly with the NSEZ Metro Station so close is the major advantage. Apollo Hospital and Baby Public Jr Sec School nearby offer excellent facilities. Entertainment comes in the form of nearby Pantaloons mall presence. It's a great deal because the rents are really cheap here, and I feel quite safe. There is a clear absence of suitable parks for outdoor activity, meanwhile, and local schools need a wider range of after-school programs for children.

Negatives: We must handle open rubbish disposal in the inner lanes more effectively. Even little rain during the monsoon blocks the local drainage. Getting that completely running would improve this neighbourhood. The large, new bus terminal is greatly underutilised.
