Positives: Job accessibility is great lots of tech companies, offices, and business parks are nearby, so office-going is less stressful. The infrastructure is good, metro connectivity, broad roads, good entertainment facilities like malls and restaurants, hospitals and schools nearby. Plus, there are a lot of new apartment projects arising, which provides options in contemporary homes. Negatives: Cost of living is relatively high rent and property rates are also high in comparison to most other parts of Hyderabad. Congestion of traffic is a major problem, particularly during rush hours; roads are full and journey time is longer. Also, from time to time civic issues are present roads that require repairs, some water-logging or drainage issues following heavy rain.

Positives: The ORR is easily accessible, which made me want to invest here some time back. Also, the social infrastructure seems pretty well-developed, including the Inorbit Mall, top-tier schools, hospitals, and so on. Even my nephew studies in the IIT which is just nearby and he can stay with me too. Jubilee Hills, one of the city’s poshest areas, is also just a short drive away, meaning everything there is within touching distance. Negatives: Hi Tech City has become very expensive now and the cost of living has gone up tremendously. Also, the usual issues of noise pollution and traffic jams are there too.

Positives: I'm wholeheartedly awarding Hi-Tech City a well-deserved 5-star rating from a property owner's point of view. Investing here was one of the smartest moves because the rental market is always on fire. Being the central IT hub of Hyderabad, the demand for housing is always through the roof, which means a direct translation into high rental returns and great, speedy occupancy for my property. The flyovers, broad roads, and uninterrupted Metro connectivity of the world-class infrastructure make sure my capital appreciation continues rising strong each and every year. Negatives: The only tiny downer is that the popularity and continual activity cause the major roads to become clogged, but really, that's just the cost of having property in the most desirable, job-abundant spot within the city. A really strong, high-growth investment.

Positives: I am near the major tech parks and have big offices, decent cafes and malls nearby. I travel by metro and ORR regularly, so I come to the airport and other hotspots relatively easily. I observe trendy apartments, dependable utilities and nice hospitals and schools nearby. I see constant rental demand and good resale value, so I think that owning here is a good long-term decision. I also utilize co-working spaces and neighborhood gyms, and I like weekend food markets and neighborhood parks. I like 24/7 power backup and building security which I appreciate immensely. I would recommend it to professionals here. Negatives: I tend to say that rents and prices here are relatively high when compared with surrounding suburbs, so I advise them to budget responsibly.

Positives: I am a working agent in this segment, and I always introduce buyers to the fact that this area is the real backbone of Hyderabad's IT and corporate sector. Established companies and MNC offices generate consistent demand and good employment opportunities, thus making housing here extremely desirable. I have a very well-planned infrastructure with metro connectivity, smooth road connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and several more. I also see new residential developments, gated complexes and serviced apartments catering to both working professionals and families. The daily needs can be easily fulfilled here with malls, restaurants, hospitals and schools being nearby. Negatives: The only disadvantage I would say is that the cost of property and rents is considerably higher in relation to surrounding localities, which can be challenging for first-time buyers.

Positives: Here I seemed to land at the centre of the future; all about the IT grind. What I truly loved was the fantastic metro connectivity and how my flat was not far from large tech parks, which saved me loads of time. The social life was great too, with malls such as Inorbit and dozens of happening restaurants providing ample weekend activity options right around the corner. Negatives: But the fast pace of development also came with its own issues that marred my experience. The three largest downsides were the astoundingly exorbitant cost of living, particularly the rent for a small flat, which depleted my savings rapidly. I further found the traffic congestion around Cyber Towers to be really horrible in office timings. Finally, I found considerable smog and air pollution.

Positives: I purchased my apartment in Hi Tech City at the very moment the first Cyber Towers emerged. Having the option to walk literally to big IT centres and having HITEC City Metro at hand is pure convenience. The way of life is extremely dynamic—all the best shopping malls, such as Forum Sujana, fine hospitals, and the best schools, are close at hand. The endless social gossip and good capital appreciation make me an extremely contented owner. Negatives: The just-completed traffic around the major intersections can be pretty infuriating. But for real, the city's special energy forgives these little flaws easily.
