I am an owner in Majiwada, and my experiences are great now. I like its famous connectivity to Mumbai via Eastern Express Highway. I enjoy comfortable living, steady rental income and the upcoming metro at Kapurbawdi. I love that schools and hospitals are close. I wish garbage and some narrow roads were fixed, and internal lanes need better lighting.

I love living in Majiwada, and my experiences are mostly great. I enjoy easy access to Ghodbunder Road and good buses now. I like going to Viviana Mall and trust Jupiter Hospital nearby. I send my kids to Singhania School. I feel rents are fair for this area. I wish roads and footpaths were cleaner and traffic better managed.

I know this area has excellent connectivity by EEH and buses. Also, the upcoming Metro Line 4 will be a great advantage. I suggest Jupiter Hospital, Lodha Boulevard, Viviana Mall and Singhania School to families. I recommend this area for a solid investment. I admit traffic and waterlogging are issues that need improvement.

I love Majiwada for its amazing connectivity to Eastern Express Highway. Being near Jupiter Hospital and Viviana Mall is a huge plus for me. The upcoming Metro Line 4 will make commuting better. This locality is quite green, but the heavy traffic and water logging are major headaches for us.

But I run into issues with sluggish trash collection and heavy traffic at the Majiwada flyover exit in this region.

Road dust and constant construction irritate me; hence, internal roadways should be immediately improved.

I advise Majiwada as I think for families Thane West's most perfect starting point. Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

Having a home in Majiwada makes me very happy, as this region offers city comforts and a calm ambience together. I believe this area is gorgeous and really practical for families. Strong connectivity through the Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road, and rapid access to Thane station and buses are things I find great. For everyday needs, I am happy with Jupiter Hospital and Bethany Hospital being close, as well as schools such as Singhania and DAV nearby. Even late at night, I feel secure here. Relaxing time at Viviana and Korum Mall, and the beautiful foliage close to Yeoor Hills is absolutely what I love. With consistent rental demand, I feel sure my investment is justified. I am advocating rapid upgrades in the Majiwada junction traffic and parking administration.

The commuting system of this area is very sound and the area is well connected to all parts of Thane. The Mauli Hospital and Aditya Hospital are some of the best hospitals in the area.

Recently I rented a house in the location of Majiwada in Thane. The area is very posh and there are many supermarkets in the locality. The fish market is very famous here as the variety of fish offers many kinds of freshwater and saltwater fish. Lodha mall is the best shopping mall in the locality and there are many parks for children.

I am a permanent resident in the local area of Majiwada in Thane. The area is rich and there are many schools in the area and there are many hospitals in the area. The area is very beautiful and great for living and is very close to the Thane railway station. Narayan e-Techno college and Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers are some of the best colleges in the locality.

Positives: I enjoyed the atmosphere here for two years. Compared to Mumbai, I thought the rental prices were rather reasonable. Having Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital so near thrilled me. Frequent buses made arriving at the station simple.

Negatives: The intense monsoon floods and traffic noise simply repulsed me.
