Positives: I completely like that all the essentials are here close by good schools as Podar Intl, N.L. Dalmia, hospitals, malls & shopping close by. Connectivity is also good, we have Mira Road railway station, plenty of bus routes, and the Western Express Highway nearby, which makes it easy for people to commute. Plus, property prices are lower than in central Mumbai, so you get more bang for your buck. Negatives: In the monsoon, drainage is also an issue, waterlogging occurs on low lying roads, and journeys become messy. Moreover, traffic in peak hours is congested heavily, particularly at toll plazas around Dahisar, and some inner roads towards Thane are narrow which leads to a slowdown.

Positives: When I closed on my flat in Mira Road, I felt I had found a practical Mumbai home. Being an owner, I value good rail and road connectivity, a bustling local market and malls, nearby good schools and hospitals, increasing rental demand, and better infrastructure with the coming Metro line which will reduce commute time. Property prices are reasonable compared to many western suburbs, so it feels like an intelligent investment. Negatives: Certain areas within the area experience waterlogging in heavy monsoon rains. Certain sections also experience construction noise due to new developments expanding. Despite that, the convenience and value of the neighbourhood keep me extremely content living here. I love evening strolls around nearby parks; cheerful neighbours keep me grounded and cheerful.

My family and I have good-quality hospitals like Wockhardt and Bhaktivedanta available. There are numerous renowned schools, which is a big advantage. We have plenty of shopping choices, ranging from street markets to large malls, and there are numerous parks and leisure areas for us to take it easy and enjoy the outdoors. Connectivity to Mumbai is also great with the Western Express Highway. Negatives One thing I have observed is that even though public transport is fantastic, the trains do become really packed during rush hours. Other than that, it's a very serene and hygienic place with all the amenities you would like to have.

We all are getting great value with excellent connectivity here, which I think is a big advantage. Western Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road connect this area to everything, and with Metro Line 9 coming up, the ride to the city will be as smooth as silk. And, it's got a great mix of schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. So, I have to say clients are never lacking amenities in this neighborhood. Negatives: Now, conversely, some regions have problems with water supply, and this is a big factor to keep in mind when searching for a new home.

I had been living here for 7 years as a tenant with my family. This place has all kinds of basic amenities like schools, colleges, local shops, clinics, and medicine shops nearby. The pollution rate is low in this place and the security is good enough. The water supply and electricity supply are good in this place. The train station is nearby the place and has the facility of good transport. There are enough parks and these are well-maintained by the authorities.

The environment is good in this place with all types of daily necessities available. Public transport like buses and auto can be availed by everyone. The roads are clean and well maintained and environment friendly. The local people are charming and welcoming in nature.
