The locality has a very good connectivity to important areas like Kharghar and CBD Belapur. The MIDC road and Kalamboli road connects Taloja to Kharghar and Panvel. The neighbourhood is very good with a friendly atmosphere.

Positives: Initially Taloja attracted me since the homes were considerably less expensive than those in nearby Kharghar.
