Its unique selling proposition is the fast access to Lower Parel railway station, the closest connection hub. Although the area has little allotted green space, the project incorporates a Normal Park/Central Green resource. Close alternatives include Mhaskar Hospital, and local medical care is great. Offering premium residential living in a major financial center, the project is unique and inspired the owner's investment. Dedicated parking for all units and improved trash disposal outside the primary complex region are two essential services that have to be upgraded.
