Locality is Upcoming with wide roads and best of infrastructure
However small, the rooms are conveniently designed by JK Iris. For this reason, a 459 sq ft apartment is enough for my needs. The best part of the property is it is well connected to many major parts of the city.
JK Iris is a luxurious project with small apartments. Fittings and fixtures are well enough for me. For modern design, my 459 sq ft apartment seems specious to my family. There are basketball and kids’ playing area in the project area.
Master Bedroom-Flooring, Vitrified Tiles, Fittings & Fixtures are truly commendable in JK Iris. Also, Double Glazed Windows help in maintaining proper ventilation. Other facilities like party indoor and outdoor games playing areas are enjoyable.
The main attraction of JK Iris is flooring made of Vitrified tiles. Hence, the glossy looks and longevity are superior to other flats in the same regions with the same price range. A proper security system with video surveillance will make life easier.

JK Iris has good connectivity with Mira Road and Beyond. All apartments are around 459 sq ft. The price is also low as I found an apartment here for 69 Lac only. There are many shopping centers that are enough for my daily needs.
