I love Madhavaram because my life is peaceful and economical. Fresh air, greater homes, and good bus connection help me. I devote family time near lake regions and parks. Working for Padi and Ambattur comes naturally to me. I adore this location, yet road dust and inadequate drainage demand quick solutions.

I advise Madhavaram, as my own experiences suggest high future worth. As I observe NH connectivity, future metro access, and reasonable costs, I give it top priority. Given the surrounding institutions, I recommend it for families. I lead customers toward neighbouring shopping centres. Still to be improved, in my opinion, are road drainage and quality.

I find great pleasure living in Madhavaram. The link to 100 Feet Road is the one I like best. My everyday commute calls on the nearby Velmurugan Metro. Because the neighbourhood seems safe for my family, my experience is excellent. My suggestions include enhancing the internal dusty roadways and reducing heavy truck traffic.

I sell homes in Madhavaram and prefer the space and developing vibe here. Madhavaram is located on NH5 and is well connected by buses and the Outer Ring Road and therefore city access is easy. The future Chennai Metro Phase II corridor to Madhavaram will increase connectivity and demand. The locality provides reasonable prices as against central Chennai and new developments provide sleek options for families. There are schools, hospitals and wholesale markets within the vicinity. Two things to be improved are patchy drainage and monsoon waterlogging and the requirement of large commercial office centers immediately.

Personally speaking, I am happy to stay in Madhavaram. I don’t want to be bang within the city. Yes, the metro connectivity will take time, since the upcoming phase II development will pass through the area. But I am happy to take the Grand Northern Trunk Road, Madhavaram Red Hills Road, and NH-5 for good connectivity to several places. The bus terminus is situated here, with routes to several places, while the SIDCO and Ambattur industrial estates are also within only 30-40 minutes. Housing is still affordable here, while the neighborhood is green and peaceful too. The Madhavaram Botanical Garden is a 28-acre paradise that I also love exploring. The only con that I want to mention is the flooding and waterlogging during the monsoon.

Madhavaram, Chennai originally was great with me enjoying a good investment, and I enjoy the tranquil, green pockets and efficient road connectivity through the Inner Ring Road. The largest game changer is Chennai Metro Phase 2, coming up, as Madhavaram is a terminal for two key corridors. In addition, with the huge TN Tech City project scheduled adjacent, the potential for business and job expansion here looks simply phenomenal, vindicating my decision being prudent. I strongly recommend it to future owners. Nevertheless, the area still needs more sizable, functioning corporate office complexes to firmly anchor the employment market right here, increasing local commercial infrastructure.

Congestion on GNT Road and poor underground drainage are both areas that can be improved, but otherwise, it's a vibrant and secure place to reside.

Positives: I can safely say that it provides a balanced mix of city convenience and peaceful environment. The area is well-connected with easy access to highways and public transport systems in the form of buses and the proposed metro line. It has good schools like St. John's Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, so it's perfect for families. Medical facilities such as Sri Kumaran Hospital and Sri Sai Balaji Hospital provide residents with access to good medical facilities. There are parks and recreational grounds that increase the aesthetic value of the area. The infrastructure in some places is in need of improvement, especially in the Madhavaram Leather Industrial Park. Improvement in the underground drainage system is also greatly needed.
