Positives: I live in Madhavaram. It’s well connected with NH5, bus routes and Chennai’s outer ring road. Schools, hospitals, and wholesale markets are nearby, making daily errands easy. The area is spacious and quieter compared to central Chennai. Negatives: Public transport is poor, roads become congested in peak hours, and poor drainage leads to waterlogging. Commercial growth is still behind.

Positives: I like to stay in Madhavaram due to its excellent connectivity with the rest of Chennai by road and metro. Everything from schools, hospitals, and malls makes it easy to live daily. Negatives: The traffic is a huge issue, particularly on GNT Road since all the trucks pass through here. The drainage system in a few places could definitely be improved upon.
