In my opinion two areas needing work are faster road repairs and fixing public-safety hazards like exposed cables so living standard remains high. Breathing clean air is best in Central Park. The one item I want would change is more road upkeep during monsoon season. Still, buying here feels like a true honor.

I advise strongly Kharghar to purchasers and families. Good road and rail connectivity as well as expanding metro access make travel to Belapur and Mumbai very convenient. Though still accessible in contrast with Mumbai's island neighborhoods, this area seems high-end and secure. More regular township maintenance in some sub-sectors will keep all common areas looking fresh; this is one little improvement I would like to see.
