Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Reviews

Positives: Near Central Park, my apartment seemed like a luxury. Getting to CBD Belapur was made simple by the Harbour Line station and the recent Metro Line 1. Families cherished the region as of DAV International schools and Tata Memorial hospitals. High rental demand resulted from the neighbouring ITM campus and future offices.

Negative

Negatives: The erratic water supply in Sector 34, especially during summer, kept us depending on tankers and was my biggest problem. Local road maintenance and frequent potholes on even heavily used sections required severe improvement as well. Emphasizing that this intended node really must fix its core utility issues, it felt quite distant from South Mumbai.

Positives: Unlike crowded Mumbai, Kharghar seems incredibly green and well-planned. Being a CIDCO node, the setup is excellent, and Utsav Chowk is ideal for morning runs. Getting around is simple with the local train station and the newly opened Navi Mumbai Metro. Moreover, high quality of life with reasonable affordability is supported by features like Kharghar Medical City Hospital and top institutions nearby.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly during the rains, power outages are a regular problem. The drainage system is still bad, and some important roads get severe waterlogging during strong monsoon days. Some interior roads have nighttime poor, workable street lighting, which for women surely seems like a safety lapse.

As a Kharghar very pleased owner, I sincerely think I was smart to invest here. With modern apartments, broad tree-lined thoroughfares, and plenty of green areas like Central Park and the surrounding hills, the neighborhood is well planned. With the Kharghar railway station on the Harbour line and the future Navi Mumbai Metro station looking to provide even better access, connectivity is excellent. Within easy access are leading hospitals like Lifeline Hospital and universities such Orchids International. Though still accessible in contrast with Mumbai's island neighborhoods, this area seems high-end and secure. More regular township maintenance in some sub-sectors will keep all common areas looking fresh; this is one little improvement I would like to see.

Positives: Kharghar is my home and I like the city-connected but laid-back way of living here. In the evening, I go out to the station or go through the groomed grounds. Nearby stores, banks, and cafés make fulfilling my daily requirements simple. True escape from packed metropolitan areas is provided by the hills, vistas and lush vegetation.

Negative

Negatives: Still I have noted three items requiring attention, includes waste collection in inner areas could be more uniform, some internal roads are aging and require repair, and public shuttle services connecting remote housing pockets to the station might be better. Still, I am happy to refer to Kharghar as home and think it continues to be a really wise investment despite these small voids.

I live in Kharghar and adore its peaceful, carefully designed arrangement and clean air. I go to Belapur and Vashi without anxiety utilizing CIDCO metro stations. Easy access abounds every day is daily businesses, banks, and shopping malls. Quick reaction from ambulance services and medical assistance gives me relief of mind. The big Central Park and adjacent ponds provide my kids with great outdoor time. Stable rentals and pricing make it perfect for investments and living. For daily comfort, I just hope for more covered paths to metro stops and community markets. For investment as well as home use, Kharghar works perfectly.

Being a broker, I sometimes advise Kharghar to customers and investors. Navi Mumbai metro stops like CIDCO Science Park and Utsav Chowk assist to shorten travel to commercial centers, thereby benefiting the region. Central Park offers natural weekend getaways; the Kharghar hills and Pandavkada waterfall provide a large green lung. Excellent hospitals and multispeciality centres cover local specialist treatment and emergency services. Demand is kept high and good resale values are supported by new CIDCO tenders and regular project starts. Families choose to live here for simplicity as schools, universities, and stores are nearby. More planned last-mile feeder buses inside the neighborhoods would make for easier daily access, therefore one area to work on is this. This region offers opportunity for expansion going forward.

Positives: Centrally located in Navi Mumbai, this area is meticulously designed. Connectivity is quite simple with the Kharghar station and the new metro line, as Central Park station shows. We almost major commercial centers. I am near great hospitals like Kharghar Medical City and institutions like DAV. My property's value is also strong, and rental income is respectable. Here the intended design and safety delight me.

Negative

Negatives: Two major fields demand consideration. First, peak hour traffic on the main arteries presents a true daily trip issue. Second, the drain system has to be fixed. We occasionally find waterlogging after strong monsoon showers. Kharghar would be a faultless place to reside if these two problems were corrected.

Positives: Being a Kharghar owner, I value the green areas, particularly near Utsav Chowk, and the low crime rate makes it very safe for children. With simple subway and rail access, the infrastructure is sound, and having so many well-known universities and hospitals close guarantees a high level of living.

Negative

Negatives: Though a few civil initiatives still need finishing. We sometimes still experience intermittent power outages, which is aggravating. Some unintentional slums in close proximity, I also observe, sometimes present problems with local cleanliness and pollution. At last, I hope CIDCO corrects the malfunctioning streetlights along some highways so enabling for nighttime travel.

Chosen for the sheer quality of life, I benefit much from features such the large Central Park and the Kharghar Valley Golf Course just here. Through Central Park station, the Harbour Line railway and the new Navi Mumbai Metro connect very well. The neighbourhood feels really safe generally, and we have excellent educational institutions nearby, such as DAV International School. Though rents are reasonable, the value for the facilities fully makes up for it. The only two small gaps I observe are that some interior areas need better local vegetable markets, and last-mile connectivity might use more public transportation choices inside the nodes.

Positives: A year ago I relocated to Kharghar, and I really love living here. The are is well-connected via Kharghar railway station; now, the new Navi Mumbai Metro makes travel considerably easier. I selected this location because it is near to important cities like Belapur and Vashi. Convenient access to hospitals such as MGM and Tata Memorial as well as nearby institutions like Ryan International and DAV. Central Park and the ISKCON Temple provide a tranquil atmosphere. Compared to Mumbai city, the site is cheap and rentals are in strong demand.

Negative

Negatives: Traffic near highway intersections grows worse during rush hours. In a few small areas, water supply could be intermittent. Furthermore, they were recently reported in some places. So, night patrolling might prove to be superior.

Among the most beautiful and well-balanced locations I work with in Navi Mumbai is Kharghar. Its special appeal comes from its designed architecture, landscaping, and close distance to the developing Navi Mumbai International Airport. With great connection through the Sion-Panvel Expressway, Mumbai-Pune Highway, and the Kharghar Metro Station, the region is centrally positioned. Reputed hospitals like Tata Memorial and MGM as well as schools like Ryan International and DAV make it perfect for families. The Central Park and ISKCON Temple augment the lifestyle attraction and beauty. With solid rental returns thanks to nearby IT hubs including CBD Belapur, it's safe, clean, and ideal for mid- to upper-income purchasers. Still, better maintenance is needed for some inside routes; more evening activities would improve the neighborhood even further.

Positive

Positives: On the broad roadways and orderly areas, CIDCO truly delivered. With the Sion-Panvel Expressway, the rail station, and the metro linking you fast to the city's key centres, commuting was actually simple. Moreover, with excellent schools all around, it felt like the instructional capital. Evening runs in the Utsav Chowk area were wonderful to relax and make the lifestyle seem premium and secure.

Negative

Negatives: Driving in peak hours was an ongoing fight against severe traffic. After a few months, the road quality usually degraded quickly, leaving potholes. The bad drainage led to great waterlogging, thus rain was a horror. Additionally, we occasionally had quite frustrating power outages.

Positives: Linked by the Harbour Line at Kharghar station, the region sits next the Sion-Panvel roadway. Nearby are prominent institutions including DAV International School, Bal Bharati Public School, and Ryan International School. Polaris Multispecialty Hospital and others were simple to access. Daily markets, malls, and the vast Kharghar green space improved the enchantment. Compared to the core suburbs of Mumbai, the pricing levels felt fair. All things considered, the living experience was pleasant and fulfilling.

Negative

Negatives: In some month’s water supplies were erratic. Many peoples stated they relied on tanker deliveries. Also, some of the interior roads and last-mile connections in less developed areas were still lagging behind, making particular errands little annoying.

Positives: Living in Kharghar is great. I could not possibly suggest it more. Due to the Kharghar railway, NMMT buses, and the new metro stations such Pendhar, we have excellent connectivity. Utsav Chowk is my favourite green location. Close by are top schools like Ryan International and hospitals such Kharghar Medical City. Excellent for family life, this is a very well designed, secure, and friendly neighbourhood. Near the Navi Mumbai Airport for easy connectivity.

Negative

Negatives: Especially main road peak hour traffic causes a genuine problem. Hence, the drainage system has to be enhanced to prevent waterlogging during severe rains. It's really a wonderful site to own land notwithstanding these small issues.

Knowing Kharghar is the greatest long-term investment in Navi Mumbai, I purchased my flat here. With the future MTHL increasing accessibility to South Mumbai and the airport close, it is quite strategically placed with great appreciation potential. For an owner, I cherish the great quality of life. Big tree-lined streets and gorgeous landscaping surrounding the Little World Mall are just ideal. Nearby premium medical facilities like ACTREC guarantee excellent civic infrastructure. This is most without question a premium region with great safety. I am rather pleased with my choice and suggest it for permanent residency. The present rental yield has to be better for the price bracket; hence only improvement is needed.

Positive

Positives: This location actually feels like house. With its thick green coverage, large roads, and safety, this carefully designed CIDCO node stands out. Connectivity is great; commuting is simple thanks to the Kharghar train station and the newly opened Central Park Metro Station. For entertainment, we have the well-known Central Park as well as excellent educational amenities like NIFT. For rent, it's a high quality yet reasonably priced location. The expansive view of the 18-hole golf course is my preferred one.

Negative

Negatives: Though I adore the quiet here, certain aspects have to be improved. First off, reliance on cars results from the inconsistent local feeder bus link inside the districts. Second, the junction connecting to the Sion-Panvel roadway's peak-hour daily traffic is severely crowded and requires better signal control.
