Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Reviews

Positives: Kharghar stood out for its enormous amount of natural space and vegetation. Some time ago I was there because I admired the intended design and quality of life it promised. Central Park and the Kharghar Hills drew me in so much. It's a fantastic lung for the city. Apart the new Metro, transportation here is strong linking Mumbai via the Sion-Panvel Highway and the Harbour Line train. With well-lit streets and a low crime rate, safety is usually outstanding.

Negative

Negatives: Peak hour heavy traffic congestion became quite bothersome. I strongly suffered from the fact that many of the internal sector roads had too many potholes, therefore better upkeep would have been much needed.

Positives: Given the amenities you get, rental rates here in the Kharghar region are somewhat affordable. The site is perfect for working professionals as it offers excellent connection. The Sion-Panvel Expressway is right there, and the Kharghar Railway Station and the new Metro line are great benefits for daily travel. Automobiles and NMMT buses run everywhere, thereby simplifying internal commuting. One of my first priorities was the area's great safety and security, in addition to its well-planned CIDCO node with renowned hospitals and schools.

Negative

Negatives: The water supply can be erratic at times, and heavy water logging caused by subpar drainage affects some roads close to the older nodes during the monsoon.

Positives: The Kharghar region is so carefully designed. For my family, it's great since it feels clean and secure. The vast Central Park and the lovely Utsav Chowk really delight us. With the nearby Metro or local rail, connectivity is astounding. Too fast is getting to the CBD Belapur office hub. This neighbourhood has great future potential given the airport soon. Undoubtedly the finest part is the outstanding colleges and universities. It's known as the education capital for a purpose. The Sion-Panvel Expressway here offers great benefits.

Negative

Negatives: Commuters are slowed down by the very dense peak-hour traffic surrounding important intersections. Also, some inside roadways and drainage have to be properly maintained before the monsoons begin.

I think Kharghar is unique as it blends expanding transportation connections with vast green space. While the Harbour Line station and Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 offer good connectivity, the Central Park offers locals a big recreational area. Buyers benefit from future value in terms of upcoming developments, coastal/airport connections, and additional metro stages. Good schools, medical access, and simple rail connections to Seawoods or Belapur commercial centers sustain a strong rental demand in Kharghar. In my opinion two areas needing work are faster road repairs and fixing public-safety hazards like exposed cables so living standard remains high. For customers seeking balanced city life with development potential, I frequently advise Kharghar.

Not too long ago I relocated to Kharghar, and I am quite delighted. I think it belongs perfectly in Navi Mumbai. For daily commuting, I depend on the Navi Mumbai Metro and local Kharghar station trains. Though some low areas have water following intense rain, I see drains mostly functioning. Central Park astounds me most. I also find the slopes and fresh tree plantings nearby the node appealing. From my apartment, shops, small clinics, and a few good schools like DAV are readily accessible. Commuting to offices is made realistic by the adjacent business nodes and Seawoods or Belapur. Faster mending of destroyed roads is one thing lacking if I point out one.

I am delighted with my investment in Kharghar here. I find it appealing that Kharghar railway station is on the Harbour line; for brief travels, I also ride the Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1. Because of the nearby daily stores and groceries, my family seems settled. Evening strolls in Central Park appeal to me. It is near us and big and green. For health, we turn to Niramaya as necessary and bigger hospitals in the nearby CBD Belapur. I envision more infrastructure, including improved metro connections and the coastal or airport road projects that will facilitate travel. Seeing officers on major thoroughfares gives me more assurance. During monsoons, road repairs and potholes are my biggest concern.

Positives: Mostly for calm and quicker commute, I believe Kharghar is chosen. The Navi Mumbai Metro Line-1 and Kharghar station certainly aid my regular commute. Local buses and Panvel or Kharghar suburban connections bind me to Mumbai and Thane. I can state that walks and weekend treks benefit from the excellent green space provided by Central Park and the hills. Polaris hospitals and Motherhood are practical. Local clinics cover fundamental requirements. With nearby malls and markets a quick drive away, shopping is doable. Seawoods's and Taloja's offices, I believe, keep work near. Compared to central Mumbai, rents are cheaper, I would say.

Negative

Negatives: More official recreational areas and large specialty hospitals need immediate development. All things considered, for the time being I find Kharghar tranquil and useful.

Positives: I am extremely content staying in Kharghar. Morning walks in Central Park and the green Kharghar mountains provide delight for me. With its cafés and little stores, the Utsav Chowk area is my ideal hangout. Top priority was good schools. I discovered many nearby colleges and schools. Travelling from Belapur and other locations is made simple by the Kharghar station and the Navi Mumbai Metro. Polaris hospitals are nearby, as are several clinics for rapid treatment. A brief drive takes you to daily marketplaces and malls.

Negative

Negatives: Seawoods, Belapur and Taloja's offices maintain a consistent rental demand. I am concerned about a shortage of numerous high-level speciality hospitals and some areas needing more regular maintenance. The green here appeals to me greatly.

Positives: Usually well-planned, the area always amazed me for its large vegetation, particularly near to Central Park. With simple access to the Kharghar Metro Station and the CBD Belapur office complex, connectivity was outstanding. Living was mostly pleasant, but the cost turned out not to be as cheap as I had first expected.

Negative

Negatives: Peak hour traffic congestion was always stressful and horrible. My vehicle was always troubled by the potholes and bad road surfaces. We also often experienced periodic interruptions in power and water supplies. Serious work is needed on the drainage since waterlogging during the monsoons was absolutely a problem requiring attention.

Positives: Given all the first-rate services we get, I think the rent is fair. My weekend hangout, Central Park, is a large, revitalizing green area. I like the carefully designed CIDCO areas. From prominent universities to respectable multispecialty hospitals, everything important is reachable by foot. Kharghar really lives up to its name as Navi Mumbai's academic centre. Furthermore, well-lit streets and a low crime rate here provide amazing general safety. The overall transport links, via the Harbour Line and NMMT buses, are excellent.

Negative

Negatives: I must say the major intersections' traffic congestion causes daily irritation. Also, I wish the drainage system was improved because of waterlogging during the heavy monsoon season. I feel it is a persistent issue that needs urgent attention.

Positives: I decided to live in Kharghar since it appears to provide great rental return and long-term value. Though still comfortable and practical, housing here appears rather inexpensive in relation to city core living. Local trains, buses, and cars at hand for daily commutes integrate well with transport network. My most loved aspect is the accessibility of companies, stores, and everyday needs without great transportation. Living here suits me.

Negative

Negatives: I worry that some civil services require more uniformity. Improving street lights and waste management could be possible. Also, a handful of areas seem slightly less evolved. Should public amenities get better, this site will become even more attractive to investors.

Positives: Favourite aspect is the great green and the immaculate design of the CIDCO divisions. Walking at night, we feel very safe near the Kharghar Metro Station. Nearby Polaris Multispeciality Hospital serves medical requirements. For higher education, Global International School and we have institutions such Saraswati College of Engineering. An evening run is ideal on the Utsav Chowk, a distinctive and beautiful monument. Better connectivity is promised by the continuing infrastructure initiatives like the Panvel to Karjat Railway Corridor.

Negative

Negatives: A big bother is the traffic bottleneck at rush hour, especially on main roadways. Furthermore, irritating me are the intermittent power outages in some areas and the recurring difficulties with the water supply.

Positives: I settled Kalyan West mostly on the basis of inexpensive residences and high rental possibilities. A small budget entitles you to easy living near to shops and basic amenities. Though not regularly, local transportation like buses and shared vehicles is somewhat available. The quiet life here, local businesses, and community vibe are my favorite aspects. This peaceful environment, in my opinion, draws tenants who want a quieter life.

Negative

Negatives: What bothers me is that road maintenance and transportation connections need work. For long-term comfort, I also believe the area would gain from more schools and a respected hospital nearby.

Positives: Living Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, is really delightful. The quiet mood and lush surroundings are what I love most; with mountains and open spaces close by, life feels peaceful. Because the railway station provides simple access to the whole city, everyday living is trouble-free. I also value the easy access to good markets, stores, and schools nearby. It is great to go out for a walk or meet friends without having to travel a long distance.

Negative

Negatives: Still, I do see some drawbacks. A few places need better road maintenance. Good drainage can help to prevent waterlogging after severe rains. Moreover, I hope for more well-maintained parks for senior citizens and youngsters. Still, I consider myself fortunate to reside in Kharghar.

Positives: Kharghar area is now affordable, but prices are rising rapidly. The enormous Central Park, a really lovely location, is the finest aspect. The Navi Mumbai Metro has a station at Kharghar Sector 11 and the local rail line is congested. Close by, we have Little World Mall and Terna Specialty Hospital. SIES Reaching Graduate School of Technology is simple. Close by, Navi Mumbai International Airport is the big growth project.

Negative

Negatives: Better care is required for the internal road quality in my industry. The water pressure, too, is unusually inconsistent. Recently, there has been an increase in small theft around park sites. Tightening of security is required to meet the potential of the location.

Living in Kharghar was a fantasy. Its unique, intentional design struck me right away. Its low crime rate and well-lit roads make me feel very secure and safe. With the Kharghar railway station and the new Navi Mumbai Metro network linking us perfectly to the rest of the city, our connectivity was great. The nearness of premium schools such DAV School and necessary healthcare from Kharghar Medical City's hospitals made me happy. Spending leisure at the massive Central Park or seeing the lovely Utsav Chowk was perfect. The intermittent power outages and waterlogging brought on by strong monsoons in certain low-lying areas called for municipal corporation intervention.

Positives: Kharghar had planning that was really remarkable and immediately seemed like a contemporary, expanding city. Safety was never a priority. Outstanding city connections offered by the Kharghar train station and the newly operating Metro connection made the region great. Along with great schools and hospitals, the Central Park was a great draw for fun and entertainment. Living was really pleasant owing to the broad, pristine highways and organized infrastructure.

Negative

Negatives: Local services seemed excessively pricey. Additionally, upsetting was the uneven feeling of the growth. Some internal regions still quite lacked basic conveniences. The Mumbai mainland's distance, which felt lonely at times, especially before the full Metro connection was created.

I chose this lovely place because it feels to be the best of both worlds, inexpensive yet elegant and has a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere. Thanks to the railroad station and strong road connections, my office in CBD Belapur and Millennium Business Park is really easy to reach. With schools, hospitals, shopping like Little World, and lots of local businesses, all necessities are close at hand. My everyday life is revitalising thanks to the verdancy surrounding Kharghar Hills and Central Park. My anticipation for next trip convenience is enhanced by the Metro Line 1, therefore increasing my interest in travel possibilities in the future. Especially during late hours, I sometimes think last-mile connectivity in the interior streets could be improved. Still, overall, I very much like living here. This initiative seems secure, beautiful, and realistic.

Living in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai fills me with great contentment. Though I love great connection through the Sion–Panvel Highway, the local railway station, and the NMMT bus network, my life here is quiet, surrounded by hills and trees. I chose Kharghar for its top-notch social amenities and intended urban vibe. Nearby, we have respectable universities like Ryan International, DAV International, and NIFT locations. Within easy reach for healthcare are Kharghar Medicity, Om Navjeevan, and MITR hospitals. For shopping and leisure on weekends, we go to Little World Mall or Glomax. Breathing clean air is best in Central Park. The one item I want would change is more road upkeep during monsoon season. Still, buying here feels like a true honor.

Positives: With nearby stations like Sector 14, the Kharghar Railway Station and the operational Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 make commuting simple. Local markets satisfy daily needs, and we like shopping at Little World Mall. This is a great family destination with major amenities including DAV International School and the large Central Park. Particularly thrilled am I regarding the close proximity to the forthcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, which is projected to see tremendous expansion.

Negative

Negatives: Better traffic management is required for the rising congestion, especially near the Sion-Panvel Highway junctions. Even with great preparation, local road maintenance and general public cleanliness in some inner districts might be improved.
