Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Reviews

Positives: I always believed that the planned layout of this area was its greatest benefit. The simple access to the Sion-Panvel Highway drew my attention. For my trip, I recall riding the Kharghar rail station's train. Local transportation is easy today due to Kharghar Sector 11 Metro Station. I knew Lifeline Hospital was close by. For buying, I often used the Little World Mall. I thought Central Park was the greatest spot for me to unwind.

Negative

Negatives: I observed far too many service roads calling out for quick repair. I think the terrible trash collection needs immediate correction. The absence of regional fresh vegetable markets also greatly let me down.

I dwell here in Kharghar and feel peaceful every day. I feel safe since highways remain vast and immaculate. I mostly use local buses and rail; my way is straightforward. Walking close to Central Park is something I find calming. Though close, Tata Memorial Hospital comforts me via nearby DAV Public School. I like how businesses, gyms, and coffee shops surround me. I believe my daily schedule goes unhurried. I like quiet evenings and welcoming neighbours. This region feels right between Panvel and Mumbai. I genuinely believe that streetlight upkeep needs attention, and more frequent nighttime public buses will soon benefit residents.

I believe Kharghar ranks among my most balanced areas in Navi Mumbai. Working here frequently, my experience as an agent is always quite frictionless. I suggest this location since everywhere I find open spaces and carefully built roads. Near Central Park and Kharghar Hills, I find genuine beauty in the greenery. Because students and IT professionals favour this region, I observe rental return is steady. I appreciate how Kharghar railway station, Sion-Panvel Highway, and the future metro help to support travel. Nearby Tata Memorial Hospital, institutions like DAV and Ryan support families. I can also find close-by job hubs such as Taloja and Belapur. I definitely let customers know that minor drawbacks include limited nightlife and peak-hour traffic.

Positives: I bought Kharghar for CIDCO's long-term vision; I have lived here for almost eight years. High pleasure for the calm, designed surroundings comes from my largely positive view on this spot. The neighbourhood is tranquil, and the transportation network, including Kharghar Station, is extremely effective. I love the great green areas around the golf course and feel secure here. Others looking for a calm, premium family life free from the bustle of Mumbai should consider this area.

Negative

Negatives: My regret is the occasional summer water supply problem, which is a major lack of service. In my view, this sector has to be enhanced by resolving the irregular street lighting and enlarging the number of high-quality public health facilities.

I believe Kharghar is a great option, and my experience as a renter here has been quite good, therefore I'm pleased. Clean, green, and arranged surroundings are my ideal. Walking home late as a renter makes me feel extremely secure, which is quite a relief. Given the standard I get, I believe the costs here are rather reasonable when compared to major Mumbai. My main benefits are my fast access to the Kharghar Metro Station and the short trip to the CBD Belapur office sector. More job possibilities will result from the future Corporate Park close. More reasonably priced, local vegetable and general products markets inside the regions are what I believe are missing and have to be better visible here.

I am very glad I purchased my flat here; in Kharghar, I believe, one finds the perfect mix of urban life and environment. Given all the major infrastructure projects like the metro and airport, I think this area has great promise. My investment paid off handsomely; already I have seen great appreciation. Using the local train station, I find my travel connection simple; day and night the transportation is dependable. The area's safety status is quite good, and the neighborhood is quite pleasant. Particularly the slopes and the vast Central Park, the foliage is amazing. Two main advances required right now are better waste disposal control in specific areas and specialized cycle paths on all major highways.

I always suggest Kharghar to my customers seeking a calm life and a high standard of living because of the planning. With excellent recreational amenities, including the enormous Central Park and the golf course, the area is really safe. The Kharghar Railway Station and the new Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 presently running give great connectivity. In my view, the biggest benefit is the close distance to the under-construction Navi Mumbai International Airport. Little World Mall, Tata Memorial Hospital, and institutions like NIFT are the closest significant amenities. Future growth, particularly the International Corporate Park, promises excellent rental yields. For my customers, one thing for improvement is making sure the Mumbai-Pune Expressway link is smoother and free of congestion.

Positives: I thought I wasn't quite satisfied living first in Kharghar because I felt the infrastructure development was so sluggish. The really good aspects, in my judgment, were the great train access and my constant sense of security. Since I lived close to Utsav Chowk, a lovely central spot with great shopping, my everyday life was simplified.

Negative

Negatives: I was let down that I longed for bigger public parks, especially since I assumed there were no future plans for additional open leisure spaces. During monsoon, the pothole-filled roads experience heavy waterlogging. Furthermore, some streets were dark due to the broken streetlights, and the outdated drainage system always had to be repaired.

Positives: Kharghar is a very charming place. CIDCO's planning makes the environment rather welcoming; I admire the wonderful open areas. Due of the great demand, this region is nowadays quite well-known. The chief benefit is connectivity because traveling from the Kharghar Metro and nearby railroad station is very easy. Since my office is close to the CBD Belapur employment hub, my daily journey is fast. Right here are Polaris Multispeciality Hospital and Saraswati College of Engineering. Here our rental yield is quite excellent.

Negative

Negatives: The regular power outages still occur frequently, and the unplanned slums are polluting the air and water requiring quick regulation.

Positives: Living there was an honest delight. In Kharghar, I was really glad. For inhabitants, it was already a well-planned, well-known area. The connection was first-rate. For me, the local train station and the newly Navi Mumbai Metro line were such a gift. Nearby was the well-known Saraswati College of Engineering. Kharghar Medical City Hospital was a trustworthy location for health. I appreciated the generally peaceful and methodical atmosphere of the surroundings.

Negative

Negatives: Severe waterlogging resulted from the bad everywhere drainage system during the heavy monsoon. The intense traffic congestion we encountered during peak office hours added to this unpleasant sensation. The area needs to fix the recurring potholes on several key roads immediately.

Positives: Kharghar is a very well planned and convenient area. It is still within budgetary control for now as a renter. We possess a great number of benefits. The new subway and the railway station make transportation simple. Near are excellent schools and major hospitals such as Tata. Everything critical is so simple to get to.

Negative

Negatives: Although it generally feels safe for women, I sometimes feel uneasy late at night near the station. Without question, the air pollution from the Taloja side and the very bad internal road quality in certain places are the most serious issues. The renowned vegetation is beautiful, yet I'm concerned about sporadic fluctuations in the water supply.

Positives: At a decent rent, Kharghar provides me with space and peace, so I rent there. Using local Kharghar station trains and autos for the last mile, I arrive at my college fast. I feel secure here; friendly neighbours assist, and society protects. I often stroll in Central Park and the hill routes in the evenings. Daily life is simple, as shops, restaurants, and schools are nearby. Though public buses are less frequent late at night, transport like app taxis and cars is provided.

Negative

Negatives: Better streetlights on certain roads, more frequent night buses, and cleaner sidewalks are among some of the things I wish were made better. After the monsoon, some internal roadways also require maintenance. I still love living here and suggest it to acquaintances. It is linked, green, and quiet.

Positives: For my family, I see actual development and a quiet life. Therefore, I invest in Kharghar. Living here close to Central Park and the verdant Kharghar mountains, where we spend weekends, delights me. Good road connections and Kharghar railway station on the Harbour line make my office commute straightforward. Close by are great schools and hospitals as well as shopping malls. For children to play, the area appears well planned and safe.

Negative

Negatives: Waterlogging in strong rain, congested roads at peak times, and some local roads requiring more attention trouble us. I want better last-mile buses and more distinct footpaths. I am glad, nevertheless, I invested here; my family delights in the open areas.

Positives: Kharghar stood out for its enormous amount of natural space and vegetation. Some time ago I was there because I admired the intended design and quality of life it promised. Central Park and the Kharghar Hills drew me in so much. It's a fantastic lung for the city. Apart the new Metro, transportation here is strong linking Mumbai via the Sion-Panvel Highway and the Harbour Line train. With well-lit streets and a low crime rate, safety is usually outstanding.

Negative

Negatives: Peak hour heavy traffic congestion became quite bothersome. I strongly suffered from the fact that many of the internal sector roads had too many potholes, therefore better upkeep would have been much needed.

Positives: Given the amenities you get, rental rates here in the Kharghar region are somewhat affordable. The site is perfect for working professionals as it offers excellent connection. The Sion-Panvel Expressway is right there, and the Kharghar Railway Station and the new Metro line are great benefits for daily travel. Automobiles and NMMT buses run everywhere, thereby simplifying internal commuting. One of my first priorities was the area's great safety and security, in addition to its well-planned CIDCO node with renowned hospitals and schools.

Negative

Negatives: The water supply can be erratic at times, and heavy water logging caused by subpar drainage affects some roads close to the older nodes during the monsoon.

Positives: The Kharghar region is so carefully designed. For my family, it's great since it feels clean and secure. The vast Central Park and the lovely Utsav Chowk really delight us. With the nearby Metro or local rail, connectivity is astounding. Too fast is getting to the CBD Belapur office hub. This neighbourhood has great future potential given the airport soon. Undoubtedly the finest part is the outstanding colleges and universities. It's known as the education capital for a purpose. The Sion-Panvel Expressway here offers great benefits.

Negative

Negatives: Commuters are slowed down by the very dense peak-hour traffic surrounding important intersections. Also, some inside roadways and drainage have to be properly maintained before the monsoons begin.

I think Kharghar is unique as it blends expanding transportation connections with vast green space. While the Harbour Line station and Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 offer good connectivity, the Central Park offers locals a big recreational area. Buyers benefit from future value in terms of upcoming developments, coastal/airport connections, and additional metro stages. Good schools, medical access, and simple rail connections to Seawoods or Belapur commercial centers sustain a strong rental demand in Kharghar. In my opinion two areas needing work are faster road repairs and fixing public-safety hazards like exposed cables so living standard remains high. For customers seeking balanced city life with development potential, I frequently advise Kharghar.

Not too long ago I relocated to Kharghar, and I am quite delighted. I think it belongs perfectly in Navi Mumbai. For daily commuting, I depend on the Navi Mumbai Metro and local Kharghar station trains. Though some low areas have water following intense rain, I see drains mostly functioning. Central Park astounds me most. I also find the slopes and fresh tree plantings nearby the node appealing. From my apartment, shops, small clinics, and a few good schools like DAV are readily accessible. Commuting to offices is made realistic by the adjacent business nodes and Seawoods or Belapur. Faster mending of destroyed roads is one thing lacking if I point out one.

I am delighted with my investment in Kharghar here. I find it appealing that Kharghar railway station is on the Harbour line; for brief travels, I also ride the Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1. Because of the nearby daily stores and groceries, my family seems settled. Evening strolls in Central Park appeal to me. It is near us and big and green. For health, we turn to Niramaya as necessary and bigger hospitals in the nearby CBD Belapur. I envision more infrastructure, including improved metro connections and the coastal or airport road projects that will facilitate travel. Seeing officers on major thoroughfares gives me more assurance. During monsoons, road repairs and potholes are my biggest concern.

Positives: Mostly for calm and quicker commute, I believe Kharghar is chosen. The Navi Mumbai Metro Line-1 and Kharghar station certainly aid my regular commute. Local buses and Panvel or Kharghar suburban connections bind me to Mumbai and Thane. I can state that walks and weekend treks benefit from the excellent green space provided by Central Park and the hills. Polaris hospitals and Motherhood are practical. Local clinics cover fundamental requirements. With nearby malls and markets a quick drive away, shopping is doable. Seawoods's and Taloja's offices, I believe, keep work near. Compared to central Mumbai, rents are cheaper, I would say.

Negative

Negatives: More official recreational areas and large specialty hospitals need immediate development. All things considered, for the time being I find Kharghar tranquil and useful.

A brief drive takes you to daily marketplaces and malls.

Negatives: Seawoods, Belapur and Taloja's offices maintain a consistent rental demand. I am concerned about a shortage of numerous high-level speciality hospitals and some areas needing more regular maintenance. The green here appeals to me greatly.

Positives: Usually well-planned, the area always amazed me for its large vegetation, particularly near to Central Park. With simple access to the Kharghar Metro Station and the CBD Belapur office complex, connectivity was outstanding. Living was mostly pleasant, but the cost turned out not to be as cheap as I had first expected.

Negative

Negatives: Peak hour traffic congestion was always stressful and horrible. My vehicle was always troubled by the potholes and bad road surfaces. We also often experienced periodic interruptions in power and water supplies. Serious work is needed on the drainage since waterlogging during the monsoons was absolutely a problem requiring attention.

Furthermore, well-lit streets and a low crime rate here provide amazing general safety. The overall transport links, via the Harbour Line and NMMT buses, are excellent.

Negative

Negatives: I must say the major intersections' traffic congestion causes daily irritation. Also, I wish the drainage system was improved because of waterlogging during the heavy monsoon season. I feel it is a persistent issue that needs urgent attention.

Positives: I decided to live in Kharghar since it appears to provide great rental return and long-term value. Though still comfortable and practical, housing here appears rather inexpensive in relation to city core living. Local trains, buses, and cars at hand for daily commutes integrate well with transport network. My most loved aspect is the accessibility of companies, stores, and everyday needs without great transportation. Living here suits me.

Negative

Negatives: I worry that some civil services require more uniformity. Improving street lights and waste management could be possible. Also, a handful of areas seem slightly less evolved. Should public amenities get better, this site will become even more attractive to investors.

Living in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai fills me with great contentment. I advise strongly Kharghar to purchasers and families. Good road and rail connectivity as well as expanding metro access make travel to Belapur and Mumbai very convenient. For fresh air and recreation, the well planned neighbourhood includes the enormous Central Park. Within a modest radius, excellent hospitals, colleges, and schools serve family needs. Since costs are yet more reasonable than those in several Mumbai neighbourhoods and have constant growth, it advantages both owners and investors. Regional offices and business hubs close-by open employment possibilities. Better last mile public transportation in some areas and quicker pothole prone roadways are two things to be enhanced. For the long run, I support Kharghar intellectually.

Excellent hospitals and multispeciality centres cover local specialist treatment and emergency services. Demand is kept high and good resale values are supported by new CIDCO tenders and regular project starts. Families choose to live here for simplicity as schools, universities, and stores are nearby. Negatives: Especially main road peak hour traffic causes a genuine problem. Hence, the drainage system has to be enhanced to prevent waterlogging during severe rains. It's really a wonderful site to own land notwithstanding these small issues.

Knowing Kharghar is the greatest long-term investment in Navi Mumbai, I purchased my flat here. With the future MTHL increasing accessibility to South Mumbai and the airport close, it is quite strategically placed with great appreciation potential. For an owner, I cherish the great quality of life. Big tree-lined streets and gorgeous landscaping surrounding the Little World Mall are just ideal. Nearby premium medical facilities like ACTREC guarantee excellent civic infrastructure. This is most without question a premium region with great safety. I am rather pleased with my choice and suggest it for permanent residency. The present rental yield has to be better for the price bracket; hence only improvement is needed.

Positive

Positives: This location actually feels like house. With its thick green coverage, large roads, and safety, this carefully designed CIDCO node stands out. Connectivity is great; commuting is simple thanks to the Kharghar train station and the newly opened Central Park Metro Station. For entertainment, we have the well-known Central Park as well as excellent educational amenities like NIFT. For rent, it's a high quality yet reasonably priced location. The expansive view of the 18-hole golf course is my preferred one.

Negative

Negatives: Though I adore the quiet here, certain aspects have to be improved. First off, reliance on cars results from the inconsistent local feeder bus link inside the districts. Second, the junction connecting to the Sion-Panvel roadway's peak-hour daily traffic is severely crowded and requires better signal control.

I have been living in the area of Kharghar which is very near to the sea and I like the area very much. The Swami Samarnath market is very popular in the area and the products in this market are fresh and healthy. The educational institutes here are so good and they are very helpful to the students. The area is closer to the Kharghar railway station but the local traffic is not so healthy and very often they do not maintain time.
