Positives: I shifted here for a brief period. I liked its active rhythm since day one. I used to walk down 100 Feet Road with its restaurants, cafes and intimate pubs. The area had two metro stops, such as Indiranagar and Swami Vivekananda Road. Therefore, I was able to access offices and malls in no time. Small parks, good schools within proximity and welcoming local shops assisted me in settling down sooner. Negatives: The negatives were rents, and shop prices were high. It made living day by day more expensive. Additionally, traffic and limited parking on major roads were very stressful for me. Late-night sounds from bars occasionally interrupted sleep. Nevertheless, I departed with good memories of tree-lined avenues, decent food and neighbours who seemed like friends. I would suggest a short visit to anyone interested.

Positives: As soon as you enter 12th Main or 100 Feet Road, you realise the buzz is an unmatchable lifestyle. The Purple Line Metro provides us with incredible connectivity, along with world-class social infrastructure such as Chinmaya Mission Hospital and great schools right on our doorstep. This lively, central location is the reason why properties retain such high value. Negatives: There are two things which every purchaser inquires about. One, the traffic, particularly 100 Feet Road at peak hours, is truly congested, and parking on the road is an ever-present pain. Two, the investment is heavy. Indiranagar is still one of Bangalore's most upscale and pricey localities. Nevertheless, I rate it a full five stars.

Positives: I just shifted to this area, and I feel that the locality is happening and is easy to live in. The locality has a lot of cafes, pubs, and restaurants, so on weekends it is absolutely great. I love the fact that 100 Feet Road is crowded with shops and restaurants, and the area is easy to navigate with the Indiranagar metro station. There are also decent hospitals, such as CV Raman and schools nearby, which give me relief. Negatives: On the negative side, traffic is a nightmare during peak hours, and the water supply is unreliable at times. Power outages occur from time to time, and some of the streets are not well-lit at night, which is not comfortable while walking. Additionally, rent is very expensive here, which digs deep into the pocket.

Positives: For me, Indiranagar has always been a dream location. When I could finally buy property here, it seemed like I had achieved something in life. I was always attracted to that 100 Feet Road, with the pubs and cafes and the rocking events. Now I stay near it and enjoy the lifestyle here, which truly is upmarket and quite at par with posh localities in Mumbai and all. Also, I like the pavements here, which are more walkable than many other places in Bangalore. My office is in Koramangala, which is less than half an hour away. So, yes, all good overall. Negatives: The crowds are never-ending, and sometimes the noise. Also, the parking issue. Getting a slot is a nightmare, even if I’m a local.
