The Alandur Metro Station is a brief drive away, offering quick and easy city-wide accessibility, thus making connectivity great. SIMS Hospital covers major medical support nearby, while top-notch educational resources abound including PSBB Millennium School. Planned development helps to make the neighbourhood in general even lovelier. My only recommendation for improvement is more public waste bins, especially near commercial areas.

I see two major facility shortcomings, a severe dearth of designated green areas and parks for leisure and frequently malfunctioning drainage system that leads to water logging throughout monsoon season.

    Positives: Living in Porur area was a professional lifeline. Its closeness to major companies such DLF IT Park made the rental market very high, thus it was the best thing. Connectivity was good. Having top hospitals like Sri Ramachandra and MIOT International so nearby brought real calm of mind. The regular buses traveling on the Mount-Poona mallee Road were dependable. It had the feel of a self-contained centre for working professionals.

    Negatives: The most difficult thing I encountered was the lack of overall cleanliness. On smaller residential streets, waste disposal was sometimes a problem. Additionally, some interior roads were always in bad repair. With Metro Phase 2 coming now.

There is no traffic and no sound.It is in a good location, and has Good Water, Good Lighting, Proper ventilation, High-Quality materials, Power backup provisions, etc.And having a good living atmosphere and A good visualised area. It was the western side of the Chennai railway stations are near from the locality.
