Most people utilize the Meenambakkam Metro station for their daily commute; I take the 54B and S21 MTC buses. The neighborhood is rather cheap in my opinion. For the Lalaji Memorial Omega International School and Annai Grace Hospital, I advise selecting this area. Walking home at night makes me feel quite safe because the nearby police patrol is fairly frequent. Spending my evenings at Kolapakkam Park or close to the picturesque river views is something I like. With the huge DLF IT Park only ten minutes distant, rental yields remain robust. The tiny interior roads and sporadic waterlogging during storms are the major disadvantages I see.
