Moulivakkams is a very calm and residential locality with good connectivity to Mount Poonamalle high road and is surrounded by top hospitals, tech parks, and hotels. The nearest railway station is Guindy, which is about 6 kilometers away. The Porur junction is around 3 km away and Kathipara Junction is around 5 km away. Well-equipped medical healthcare centers like Annai Grace Hospital, and Hriday Hospital. The condition of buses needs improvement. Increased risk of accidents at the night due to insufficient street lights. Parks are not maintained in good and clean condition.
